Stayed here because we had a flight the next morning and location of the hotel is good

Cons:

Verry old room, badly needs a renovation, although it was clean it does not look nice because everything is worn down. The bathroom is also ol and worn down.

The breakfast is very basic and busy, hardly enough tables. Coffee is not up to italiaan standard

Il personale è molto professionale e disponibile senza alcuna eccezione.

Cons:

La struttura che è molto datata,inoltre ho trovato il frigo bar vuoto (pessimo segnale) per non parlare del bagno,la doccia è posizionata all’interno della vasca da bagno con una rubinetteria priva di miscelatore (tipico degli anni 70…).Il climatizzatore non funziona a dovere e le finestre non si possono aprire.
Non è presente un accappatoio ma solo un asciugamano per la doccia e uno per le mani manca quello del bidet.
Il prezzo è assolutamente inadeguato per un hotel che meriterebbe al massimo due stelle.

Incredible Experience
Pros:

I loved the stay at this hotel. A well equipped gym which for me was very important and great and friendly stuff. Everyone seems to be very attentive and helpful l, however Miriam (from building 2 from breakfast) stood out to me the most. She seems so proactive and welcoming, always with a smile on her face, always willing to help and support. She seems to have such an incredible energy. She never stoped moving and serving and helping, and I’ve noticed that on every morning while I was having my breakfast, it wasn’t for a day only when you will think “Maybe she’s in a good mood” she would deliver outstanding service every single day. I hope management knows what a hard working person she is and how lucky they are to have her in their team.

Poor hospitality
Pros:

I wanted to pay my restaurant bill ahead of my checkout time, because I want to checkout in express and I don’t want to rush the next day as only one elevator was working. There was no people around during that time, However, the staff told me to get back later as she will prioritize to check in other customers. I waited in my room and get back after thirty minutes. When I get back she told me to just pay when I check out as she was still busy. This action is no longer hospitality, I gave my patience of waiting cause I understand she has something to do, but on the second time? This is unacceptable, I am a customer, I deserve the money that I am paying for. I am not asking for anything else, I just wanna pay my meal so I won’t get any hassle of checking out because I also wanted to maximize my rest as I don’t want to go down early. Next was the wifi, wifi is very slow and it keeps disconnecting, I end up using my own data. Third was the heater, the sound was very loud and it gives vibration in the entire room.

Okay for a short stay but be prepared for lots of business people.
Pros:

Rooms are okay but showing a tiredness with decor, and general cleanliness bed was at least very comfortable!

Cons:

Pool bar was very limited in drinks and the inside bar when open was also limited with choices.
