Quality of the property, the personal, staff very profesional, we enjoyed our staying. Ah! The breakfast options are exceptional. My husband and I were able to even have fresh juice made out of fruits & vegetables. Just like home:)
One of the 3 nights we stayed, there was not enough hot water running. My husband noticed that the grab bar in the shower was too low, especially for seniors. One more thing, he was missing face rugs:) Finally, adjusting the AC/ thermostat in the room was challenging, It was freezing 🥶 unless you kept your head under the covers:)

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not a 4-Star Standard
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and I genuinely do not believe it meets the standards expected from a 4-star property.
I booked through Booking.com, and it was not made sufficiently clear during the booking process that my room was located in a separate building (Building 2 – Nami Golf), rather than the main hotel building.
After a long and exhausting journey, I arrived at the main reception expecting to check in. I was told that I could not check in there and had to wait for a shuttle to take me to the second building. What made the situation particularly frustrating was that another guest arrived after me, was initially given similar information, but was then allowed to complete his check-in at the main reception, while I was still refused the same service. This inconsistent treatment made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unfairly treated.
I then had to wait approximately 10 minutes for the shuttle while already exhausted from travelling. When I finally reached my room, I was even more disappointed. The room did not feel properly clean, and some of the towels had visible yellow stains, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming a 4-star rating.
The service throughout my experience felt slow and unwelcoming. Even when I checked out, no one asked how my stay had been or whether everything was satisfactory. There seemed to be very little concern for the guest experience.
Based on my experience, the level of cleanliness, service, hospitality, and professionalism was far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The inconsistent way I was treated compared with another guest also left me with a very negative impression.
I strongly believe the hotel’s 4-star classification and overall service standards should be reviewed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

colazione fantastica, personale di qualsiasi settore attentissimo alle nostre esigenze, abbiamo fatto già 3 weekend e abbiamo prenotato ancora per fine mese. Piscina molto grande e bene attrezzata con teli sempre disponibili e bar fantastico, ottimo cibo al ristorante
The pool, the quiet location, vicinity to the airport, but with shuttlebus the city is close by.

The overall stay was very pleasant, though we stayed for just one night. Wished we could stay a bit longer.
The location (i.e. distance to city center) was a bit of a turn off because you spent a lot of money on taxis to and from the hotel. Also, sometimes the shuttle is not available at your convenient time.
Location perfect for an overnight stay close to Airport.

Kind personnel; Fresh rooms with nice furniture and very good bathrooms; Nice grounds and pool, adjacent to a golf course; very nice restaurant.
CONs:
There's a one-way only shuttle to, not from the airport. It may take 30-90 EUR to get there by Taxi or UBER. It's only 10min drive away by car.
The building itself looks like a US middle range hotel property, but the interiors position this Sheraton way above that.
