The staff was amazing the bed was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Room temperature gauge was broken had the heat on 69 but it was 76 in a room turned it down to 50 something and was still 76 in our room ended up being 78 didn't want to turn the air conditioner on because I didn't want the kids to get cold the pool was so nasty and dirty it had dirty Band-Aids in it and nasty hair all over

Staff Makes You Feel At Home Here!
Pros:

The staff was the friendliest my husband and I have ever encountered. They were always smiling, greeted us coming and going, and were quite helpful when we had an issue with our tv remotes. Everything was clean and the breakfast had a nice variety.
