A wonderful and repeated stay every time
Pros:

My state regularly, and it’s always a special treat with staff are excellent, and rooms are clean.

Cons:

I must have to leave before breakfast begins. Breakfast doesn’t start till 6:30

Had a wonderful stay. It was very comfortable and everything was to my liking. I stay often.

Keep the cook - fire housekeeping manager and the Boss.
Pros:

Breakfast quality and selection good.

Cons:

Badly stained carpet throughout. Several broken bathroom tiles. Broken bed is very uncomfortable. Management failed.

Horrible mattress & Cleanliness below average…
Pros:

On our vacation, this was our second stop.
The staff was cordial,
but certainly not customer service savvy…!

Cons:

The entire place,
Needs updating.
The bed was ABSOLUTELY
Horrible.
My husband and myself included have back issues.
It looked as if the mattress had been trampled by giants.
Cleanliness was definitely below par as well.

We stayed here for only one night.
It was our second destination on our trip.
The staff was cordial at best.
We were tired after a long day of travel.
When we pulled the covers back to turn in for the night,
we were absolutely shocked at how awful the mattress was.
We both have less than perfect backs.
But because it was late,
we figured if we went & complained,
we would probably end up with another less then comfortable or better bed.

Disappointing…
Pros:

It was in a convenient location.
The Hotel was actually slow and quiet…

Cons:

When we pulled the bed linens to go to bed.
We were shocked as to how horrible the mattress was.
We both have back issues.
Especially my husband.
Are one regret was not immediately seeking some resolution to resolve this.
But we were exhausted from traveling.
