Disappointing…
Pros:

It was in a convenient location.
The Hotel was actually slow and quiet…

Cons:

When we pulled the bed linens to go to bed.
We were shocked as to how horrible the mattress was.
We both have back issues.
Especially my husband.
Are one regret was not immediately seeking some resolution to resolve this.
But we were exhausted from traveling.

Don’t be fooled by the reviews
Pros:

Upon checking out the staff offers you an additional 2,000 reward points if you leave a positive review, please know in advance that the positive reviews on the IHG site are being “paid” for by the staff. Pros the staff members were friendly and nice, but did nothing to go above and beyond. The breakfast was good. Cons we needed 2 remotes for the TV to work. There were multiple areas of the ceiling where old patches were coming down. During the day someone was setting off a Roman Candle type firework in the parking lot and no one did anything about it. The elevators floors were constantly wet and dirty. I walked into the pool area and saw debris in the corners and on the floor so we decided to pass on swimming. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to others and I really wished we had stayed somewhere else.

Good, conveninent.
Pros:

For being an IHG property, this property needs room renovation maitnance and outside maitanace with parking lot and garbage cans being checked for cleanliness. A towel service would help you also. also Phones in room need to be in working order!!!!!!

Stuff are good and breakfast was so nice
Cons:

Little dirty, didn’t clean perfectly for room and pool was disgust dirty. Water looks like muddy water of a swamp.
