Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Begrüßung mit einem Getränk hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommene Gäste zu sein.
Der Service war sogar behilflich, das Gepäck auf unser Zimmer zu bringen.
Zudem gab es viele Informationen zu Aktivitäten und den BaselPass, der den Eintritte zu vielen Museen vergünstigt und die Nutzung des Nahverkehrs ermöglicht.

Cons:

Das einzige, aber wirklich kleine Manko, ist die fehlende Klimaanlage.
Der Ventilator und ein geöffnetes Fenster schaffen etwas Abhilfe.

It is a charming place to stay and I can’t praise the staff enough for all their help.
Pros:

Staying in this hotel, having been discharged fromA&E with a fractured ankle. The staff were so helpful and kept the room for me, although I did not know how long I would be staying. The facilities in the room were of a high quality and the shower very easy to use. Breakfast was brought to my room as I was unable to go to the restaurant.

Cons:

It was unfortunate that this hotel did not do evening meals, but it has a central location with many places to eat, in the vicinity, if you are mobile!

Amazing staff
We had comfortable stay without any problems

Cons:

Uncomfortable pillows but manageable.
Room didn’t have AC, but at least windows can be opened and there was a cooler machine.
Bed could be bigger for 2 people, but this time it would not fit into the room which was small too.
For such an expensive breakfast, we expected rich options but they didn’t even bring what was inside the kitchen. We had to explicitly ask for cheese every time. I would not recommend buying this breakfast, instead go eat somewhere else.
Location is not central but well connected to SBB via bus 30. Neighborhood is not the best.
