Proximity to the train station. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent

Convenient location, clean hotel room, staff was friendly and helpful, (including providing us with a bagged breakfast to take with us when leaving at 5:30 am on our check out day)

Wunderbares Hotel in toller Lage!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet! Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich habe mich sehr über den schönen Balkon gefreut.

Das Hotel ist optimal gelegen und vieles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Am Morgen unserer Abreise wurde durch einen Fehlalarm der Brandmeldeanlage unnötig Unruhe ausgelöst. Besonders schade fanden wir, dass seitens des Hotels keine oder nur sehr spärliche Informationen dazu gegeben wurden. Eine kurze, transparente Kommunikation hätte viel zur Beruhigung der Gäste beigetragen.

Gutes Stadthotel in Luzern
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und schön farbenfroh gestaltet. Wir waren zum Lilu dort und konnten das Lichtfestival und den Bahnhof zu Fuss erreichen. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas mehr glutenfreie Alternativen gewünscht.

Le personnel était sympathique et efficace, le petit-déjeuner copieux. Les chambres sont bien rénovées et entretenues. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Lucerne. J’y retournerai. Place de parc à disposition sur la voie publique devant et autour de l’hôtel. Stationnement longue durée organisée par la réceptionniste sur le site de la ville. Top
