Great find!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! Great service from Matt who was extremely knowledgeable and gracious! Nice breakfast. Great location for walking to the many sites Lucerne has to offer.

Cons:

The cost of parking in the area is very high. Not much the hotel can do about that.

Excelente ubicación y comodidad
Pros:

Excelente experiencia. Camas comodas. Baños con buenas duchas. Buen desayuno. Fue un dia caluroso y por suerte el aire acondicionado enfriaba muy bien.

A nice hotel at a very good location
Pros:

Nice location. Walking distance to the Luzern train station and many interesting places. Staffs are very nice and professional. We spoke with Maria and Matt, both are very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, clean, cosy hotel, good location
Pros:

I asked for a clean and quiet room, which I had. I was positively surprised by the fact, that I had air condition (it was very hot and humid that night). As well, I got a free room upgrade (double bed room)!
