I asked for a clean and quiet room, which I had. I was positively surprised by the fact, that I had air condition (it was very hot and humid that night). As well, I got a free room upgrade (double bed room)!
Family room was a good size and really enjoyed our visit there. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was friendly and happily stored our bag during the day.

Great location close enough to the centre of the city without being too noisy and busy. Elevator available to all floors so easy to transport luggage. Around 10 minutes from the main station or there is a bus.
Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. great bathroom with amazing shower, comfy beds, good TV with Netflix - what more could you ask for! Aircon really helped during the heatwave!
Breakfast was all you can eat, good continental choices and good quality. we left every morning happy, full and ready for the day. Good coffee, juices, fresh bread, meats, cheeses, cereal, pastries, fruit, and cooked bacon and sausages - spot on!
The staff really make this place though. On arrival we were greeted by a charming lady who gave us lots of information about the local attraction, our room and the hotel services. everyone in the breakfast room seemed happy and willing to help. And on checkout the nice gentlemen gave us more information to help us on our way and a little stone with a painted face as a "good luck charm!" (These have gone on our travelling bookshelf!)
I highly recommend a stay here
We stayed in three places in Switzerland and every place (Including here) at ultra soft pillows. We prefer something a little firmer. Maybe providing extra pillows might be a nice touch!

The hotel is a good choice for travelers looking for a base close to the city center to explore. The rooms are clean and come with A/C, which is a big plus in the summer. The breakfast buffet is ok, in line with hotels of that price level.
