Bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, bon rapport qualité-prix, surtout comparé aux tarifs des hôtels en Suisse. Le personnel est assez sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié que le matin du check-out, aux alentours de 8h, la femme de menage ait ouvert la porte de notre chambre sans frapper!! De plus, elle et ses collègues discutaient bruyamment dans le couloir, ce qui était assez dérangeant.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were welcoming. The rooms comfortable and air-conditioned, great size and plenty of outlets. We also appreciated the smart TV, so we could watch something in English. Awesome breakfast.

Cons:

Not anything I can think of!

Pros:

От вокзала - 10 минут пешком вдоль реки с открыточными видами. Со вкусом декорированный, комфортный номер, удобная широкая кровать. Любезный администратор дал ценные советы для знакомства с городом и на прощанье подарил милые сувениры :). Великолепный завтрак!

Pros:

- Great location
- Receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly
- Fulfilling and decent breakfast

Cons:

- The LEDs next to the bed made noise for a long before they cooled down, so we could not fall asleep quickly
- Light in the bathroom was with motion sensor. When travelling with a baby, very uncomfortable when going to the bathroom at night, had to turn off the whole room electricity switch

A lovely hotel!
Pros:

The front of house staff member was so lovely as soon as we arrived and when we also checked out. We arrived earlier than check in and were able to leave our bags in the reception until the room was ready (it was earlier than the time mentioned on the booking check in which was a massive bonus!). We were shown the route of local attractions to visit which helped massively with the map! The balcony had a lovely view and breakfast was very nice. Overall a very nice stay in Luzern!

Cons:

The bathroom door was a bit difficult to shut properly, and the bed and pillows were very soft but this is personal preference so may not be an issue to some!

We only had one night at the hotel, but enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Lu

The hotel is in a great location. We were going to be checking in later than expected due to a flight change, and when we messaged the staff we were assured there would be no problem. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful.
