Gutes Stadthotel in Luzern
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und schön farbenfroh gestaltet. Wir waren zum Lilu dort und konnten das Lichtfestival und den Bahnhof zu Fuss erreichen. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns etwas mehr glutenfreie Alternativen gewünscht.

Pros:

Le personnel était sympathique et efficace, le petit-déjeuner copieux. Les chambres sont bien rénovées et entretenues. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Lucerne. J’y retournerai. Place de parc à disposition sur la voie publique devant et autour de l’hôtel. Stationnement longue durée organisée par la réceptionniste sur le site de la ville. Top

Comfortable pied a terre in beautiful Lucerne
Pros:

The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. The buffet breakfast (included in the stay) was also very good. The staff were helpful and courteous.

Cons:

When we checked in, the staff omitted to explain how to work the power supply in the room which took a few minutes to work out. The doors work with an "old-school" key system, rather than card or code, so remember to lock your door when you leave the room.
