Pros:

Great location. Staff were so friendly. We were there with a family of 8 and they were so helpful! Breakfast was great too!

Pros:

Отличный отель, очень близко к центру и ко всем достопримечательностям. Также близко находится к ж/д вокзалу, буквально 10 мин, если приехали поездом. Интерьер отеля очень красивый, чистые номера. Также хочу отметить девочек на рецепции, а особенно Марию, все объяснила, показала, очень приветливый персонал. У меня был др, украсили комнату, все на высшем уровне. Всем рекомендую.

Super beliggenhed, meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme personale. Man fik adgangs billetter til offentlig transport i Luzerne samt adgang til museer. Fik alsidig morgenmad. Gå afstand til det hele samt mulighed for parkering meget billigt.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko centrum, atrakcji turystycznych. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Karta turystyczna na darmowe przejazdy i zniżki wydana automatycznie w recepcji. Sympatyczna, życzliwa obsługa. Śniadanie tradycyjne: kawa, wędliny, pieczywo itp.
Można by pomyśleć o zestawie do parzenia kawy i herbaty w każdym z pokoi.

Pros:

Traumhafte Lage, ein wirklich absolut bemühtes und äuserst zuvorkommendes Personal und ein sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit auf unserer Reise - das Hundeset hat super gepasst. Frühstück war klein, aber sehr fein (die Möglichkeit zur Essensrettung finden wir wirklich toll). Gerne jederzeit wieder und Danke für den Glücksstein.

Pros:

カペル橋や駅、旧市街に近く、徒歩で移動できる距離。部屋も清潔で居心地が良い。部屋にクーラーが完備されていてびっくり！朝食もメニューが豊富で美味しかったです。もう一泊したかったです。スタッフも親切でした。

Good quality accommodation for a comfortable stay at a competitive price.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and as the hotel was busy with some groups staying I wondered how they would manage. Not a problem as a large dining area and staff excellent.
Our room was quiet and comfortable so we spelt well.

Cons:

I dont have any complaints, the hotel was full yet the staff managed well and our room was quiet.

הגענו והיה מקום חניה במלון. הצ'ק אין היה מוקדם.

Pros:

Очень приятный персонал! Вежливый и дружелюбный. Рассказали и нарисовали на карте, куда сходить погулять и вообще осталось очень приятное послевкусие. Поздравили мою маму с днём рождения, что было для нее приятным сюрпризом. Отличное местоположение. Пешком можно прогуляться в центр или на жд вокзал. А в случае, если устали, в 3 минутах ходьбы автобусная остановка. Завтраки были отличными! И горячая еда была, и нарезки, яйца, выпечка, вкусный кофе, Просекко, фрукты, йогурты. Номер был хороший, очень спасало наличие кондиционера, мы как раз приехали в жаркие дни. В номере было тихо и комфортно спать. Нам всё понравилось!

It was a beautiful vintage hotel that was in a great location with fantastic customer service.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff especially the lady that attended us at night was fabulous. The morning crew was great also and they really tried to do things to make your trip the best.

Cons:

I really didn’t have anything I didn’t like. I wish there was an ice machine on each floor so we could get our own ice, but they were very happy to get us ice at the main floor when I needed it.
