Good value for the money and a good location.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and efficient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a very noisy club close to the hotel and in my room it was particularly noticeable. My friends had rooms in a different part of the hotel and they weren’t aware of the noise.

Wie eigentlich immer - sehr zufrieden, Erwartungen erfüllt!
Pros:

Wir kommen seit Jahren ab und zu nach Luzern und wenn dann meist im Drei-Könige. Lage, Ruhe und Zimmer sind einwandfrei, Grösse komfortabel. Frühstücksbuffet reicht, alles da. Personal zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Wir waren schon das dritte mal in diesem Hotel. Wie immer war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderbares Hotel in toller Lage!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet! Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich habe mich sehr über den schönen Balkon gefreut.
