קירבה לעיר העתיקה הליכה רגלית.
הגענו והיה מקום חניה במלון. הצ'ק אין היה מוקדם.
ארוחת בוקר טובה. אנשי הקבלה נחמדים מאד.

Pros:

Очень приятный персонал! Вежливый и дружелюбный. Рассказали и нарисовали на карте, куда сходить погулять и вообще осталось очень приятное послевкусие. Поздравили мою маму с днём рождения, что было для нее приятным сюрпризом. Отличное местоположение. Пешком можно прогуляться в центр или на жд вокзал. А в случае, если устали, в 3 минутах ходьбы автобусная остановка. Завтраки были отличными! И горячая еда была, и нарезки, яйца, выпечка, вкусный кофе, Просекко, фрукты, йогурты. Номер был хороший, очень спасало наличие кондиционера, мы как раз приехали в жаркие дни. В номере было тихо и комфортно спать. Нам всё понравилось!

It was a beautiful vintage hotel that was in a great location with fantastic customer service.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff especially the lady that attended us at night was fabulous. The morning crew was great also and they really tried to do things to make your trip the best.

Cons:

I really didn’t have anything I didn’t like. I wish there was an ice machine on each floor so we could get our own ice, but they were very happy to get us ice at the main floor when I needed it.

Room was very warm since there is no AC, and the mini fridge did not work (you cannot cool down water bottles), you have to ask the staff to put things in their fridge

Při rezervaci bylo uvedeno možnost parkování.. Při příjezdu parkování pouze na ulici za 17 euro a najdi si sám. Snídaně slabota.

10 gün süren Zürih, Luzern, Bern, Cenevre şehirlerini ve çevresini gezdiğimiz İsviçre seyahatimizde konakladığımız en güzel otel. Resepsiyon görevlisi vardığımızda ücretsiz şehir içi ulaşım kartını verdi ve ayrıntılı olarak her şeyi bize tarif etti. Sessiz ve sakin bir cadde üzerinde. Kaldığımız oda yeterli seviyede büyük, dolabı ve her türlü ekipmanı mevcut idi. Otelin kahvaltısı yeterli ve doyurucu idi. Hiç bir şeyin eksikliğini hissetmedik. Verdiğimiz ücretin karşılığında en güzel hizmeti aldığımız söyleyebilirim.

Cons:

Merkezi bölgeye 1 km mesafede olması dışında olumsuz bir yanı yok. Yürüyerek ya da otobüs ile ulaşılabilir.

Gute Lage, fussläufig zur Altstadt. Sehr sauber und alles gut in Schuss gehalten.
Das Personal ist mir ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit in Erinnerung geblieben!

Cons:

Die Einrichtung (z. B. die Duschwanne) ist nicht auf dem aktuellsten Stand, das ist aber dennoch absolut in Ordnung, da alles sauber und gepflegt wirkt

Location is good but they Single room policy not clear at time of booking

I booked the room for 2 person but when i reached to the hotel counter they tell me I have selected single room we cannot stay in one room. they charged by extra amount for one bed and this I experience first time on booking.com
