OYO 444 Sea Beach Paradise

Arrived at hotel and want check in.. suddenly the manager pre book my booking and charge me price more than i need to pay.. how come its happen like that.. at 1st i book this hotel i just need to pat only 5300bath included tax and everything..but when i come for check in they ask me to pay 5900bath..this situation never happen to me before even i go any other hotel .. this is my bad experience..please hotel.com check this matter..

Perfect location and helpful friendly staff

Приехали вдвоем с мужем на 14 дней. Отель уставший потрепанный. Ну это не так страшно. Задронировали номер, приехали в какой то кошмар. Фото не соответствуют. Грязно. Кровать на полу. Окна забитонированы. Доблатили за более дорогой номер через сайт. А они говорят он занят, переселили опять. На следующий день обещали опять переселить в наш. Приходим на рецепшен на другой день, а они заявляют вы не платили. Давайте еще денег. Пришлось дать. Спорить бесполезно, целая мафия, ни какие доводы они не слушают. Наконец то заехали в наш номер. А там муравьи стаями и тараканы. Так же окно заложено кирпичем, благо был балкон на котором умещается один человек

Jag hade bokat ett rum och efter 8 timmar när jag väl var äntligen framme och helt slut! Så säger personalen att jag inte har bokat något, jag visar upp min bokningsnr och Berkäftelsen, ändå nekar personalen.
Kl var sent på kvällen och nästan alla hotell i närheten hade fullt. Jag förlorade taxi pengar till hotellet och fick absolut ett helvete för denna bokning. Abaolut absurt!

Very nice management and staff. Location is perfect for me!

While we were booking a room, there was two-single bed room, but when we went there , they said “we don’t have two-single bed room” we had to stay another room. Also, Wi-Fi was not working in our room. Some server said “ Before you come, it was not working” other said “ it was not working from morning.” I think it is not our problem. Service is zero. We didn’t like it.

j'ai payé pour la chambre la + cher (deluxe il me semble) et au final j'ai eu la chambre avec matelas par terre , on m'a dit qu'on allait me chercher une chambre mais en une semaine j'ai dormis avec le matelas par terre (j'ai payé pour la chambre la plus cher et j'ai eu la moins cher tout est normal :) ) , on a pas le droit d'inviter ou de dormir avec sa ou son copain/copine dans sa chambre (il me semble qu'on paye bien pour 2 adultes... ) bref l'emplacement est sympa(à 10 m de la plage ) mais c'est pas normal de payer pour la chambre la + cher et de ne pas l'avoir (toute une semaine quand même...) et c'est pas normal de ne pas pouvoir dormir /inviter un ou une amie (je paye bien pour une chambre pour 2 adultes à la base )

Havde betalt for 8 nætter med min forlovede. Uvenligt personale. Hotellet er beskidt og i dårlig stand. Sengetøjet var beskidt og plettet. Vi havde fået værelse ud til gaden, som larmede meget om natten. Bad om at få rengjort rummet og skiftet sengetøj, herudover at skifte rum. Værelset blev rengjort utilstrækkeligt. De ville ikke lade os skifte rum. Ringede til Hotels.com, uden der var hjælp at hente. I de dage vi vat der var der ingen rengøring eller roomservice, selvom vi gjorde opmærksom på dette. Vi valgte således at forlade hotellet efter 4 dage, primært grundet dårlig hygiejniske forhold, som jeg i kraft af at være læge ved kan være en helbredsrisiko. selvom vi har betalt for 8 nætter. Ingen hjælp at hente hos hotel.com, selvom jeg er gold-member

The location is the best but the hotel is not good enough.

Very dirty, only excellent value for money because it is 2 steps from the beach and a short walk from the center.

Molto sporca, rapporto qualità prezzo solo ottimo perché è a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e ha pochi passi dal centro.

unica cosa positiva della struttura.. nel rapporto qualita’ prezzo che e’ praticamente a due passi dal mare e a 5 min. a piedi dal centro dove c’e’ tutta la movida di PATONG.
da sottolineare la gentilezza del personale Indiano che gestisce questo OYO.
solo che armatevi di pazienza se volete trovarlo perche’ in pratica non hanno messo nessuna insegna della struttura all’esterno, dalla via sembra un Bar e’ c’e’ un ristornate Indiano di fronte.. nemmeno i Thailandesi locali non sapevano darmi una indicazione di dove fosse.
Tutto il resto non commento.
la struttura e’ sporca e fatiscente..
per chi e’ un po’ schizzinoso, sconsigliatissima.
il condizionatore va bene..
il wifii un po’ meno.
non credo di ritornarci in futuro.

only positive thing of the structure .. in the relationship quality price that is practically a stone's throw from the sea and 5 min. walk from the center where there is all the nightlife of PATONG.
to underline the kindness of the Indian staff who runs this OYO.
only that you arm yourself with patience if you want to find it because in practice they didn't put any sign of the structure outside, from the street it looks like a Bar and there is an Indian restaurant in front .. not even the local Thais didn't know how to give me an indication where it was.
All the rest does not comment.
the structure is dirty and dilapidated ..
for those who are a bit picky, not recommended.
the air conditioner is fine ..
the wifii a little less.
