Tutto al Top, consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!
Pros:

Struttura bellissima, camera splendida, vista sulle piste da sci favolosa, ottimo il servizio navetta per arrivare comodamente lasciando la macchina all’hotel. Cena e colazione Top, personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e subito prontamente ci hanno aiutato e fatto. sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Pros:

Staff very friendly and sorted out lift passes and advice on ski hire etc. Room was lovely and serviced everyday.

Cons:

It is a little out of the village and a good 15 minute walk up a hill. Facilities in the hotel are okay but the bar opens later in the day - not ideal if you have a non-skier (or a snow out type day)

Lugar ideal para alojarse cómodamente en Sestrieres
Pros:

Tanto la ubicación como las instalaciones (modernas y bonitas, con cierto aire tradicional) son muy buenas, así como el desayuno (sobre todo los croissant). El personal es muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Podría mejorarse la cena, sobre todo de algunos de los días entre semana. El servicio es muy bueno y eficiente

Pros:

Sono stato al "Gran Roc" per la prima volta lo scorso anno e mi sono trovato bene, per cui sono tornato quest'anno.
La struttura non è vicinissima al centro ed agli impianti (1 km circa), ma la posizione è incantevole ed è servita benissimo dalla navetta. Per cui non ci sono problemi.
Le camere sono arredate con gusto. Il buffet serale è ricco e di qualità, così come la colazione.
Il personale è cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Unico neo del soggiorno è stata la wi-fi: in una struttura così è davvero un peccato non avere una wi-fi adeguata.
Spero venga migliorata. Tornerò nuovamente il prossimo anno.

Contemporary, good value modern style hotel.
Pros:

Really great hotel. Comfortable and efficient. Excellent staff. Very helpful front of desk - nothing was too much and warm and friendly with it.
Laid back bar.
Hotel might not suit party animals or those wanting to be bang in the town but with its accompanying quiet, that suited us.

Good value/location for ski hotel.
Pros:

Upon registration, we were upgraded to a larger room. Room was basic, but nice. Good breakfast. Great shuttle to the ski slopes. Ski locker was nice. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons:

Room could use some hooks on wall to dry ski gear.
