Clean, good location but not worth the headache
Pros:

I liked the location. It had a restaurant and a supermarket in the property.

Cons:

I did not like that I arrived, and I was given a key that opened a room that had someone already in the room that had been assigned for me. I scared the woman that was already comfortably sleeping as I had arrived after 11:00pm. I was also supposed to have a double bed and was given a room with two twin beds. People in the hallway spoke and the sound was very loud. I heard people talking very loudly early in the morning like around 2am and 3am almost everyday I stayed there. It was difficult to sleep comfortably because the pillows were too high. The water bottle in the room was unclean.

Pros:

Unkomplizierte Umbuchung auf ein größeres Zimmer.
Tolle Familiesuite mit sehr viel Platz.
Für italienische Verhältnisse ein sehr gutes Frühstück.
Abgesperrter Tiefgaragenstellplatz direkt unter dem Hotel.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt neben dem Hotel.
Bilder passen zum Hotel, schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Lage ist ca. 5 km außerhalb vom Zentrum. Mit Taxi ca. 15 € aber innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Etwas Gemüse zum Frühstück hätte uns noch gefallen. Sonst ist aber alles vorhanden (Rührei, Speck, Vollkornsemmel, Müsli, Saft, ...).

Pros:

Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Struttura moderna, pulita e ben organizzata. La camera sempre spaziosa e quartiere abbastanza tranquillo.
La struttura non è centrale, ma è ben collegata con il centro, con l'Allianz Stadium e con l'aeroporto grazie a bus e treni nelle vicinanze.
