Muito caro e não oferece os acessórios básicos como condicionador, acabou o papel toalha e não repuseram, o elevador não estava funcionando e meu quarto era quarto andar, ele praticamente não oferecia acessórios nenhum. No último dia de manhã fiquei sem papel higiênico.
Tinha muitas expectativas pelo valor que paguei e fiquei frustrada, quando paguei o dólar estava alto e ficou 2.200,00 reais a diária.
Eu também tinha entendido na reserva que o quarto era de vista para o matherroh, mas não era, na reserva tinha opção vista da montanha e vista da cidade, paguei mais caro para ser vista da montanha, mas tinha vista da cidade, eu argumentei, mas falaram que tinha vista da montanha, mas não a que eu i.maginava.
Me arrependi de ter escolhido um hotel e um quarto mais caro.

Wonderful!
Pros:

We had a wonderful 5 nights stay here! We are very impressed by all the lovely details - the fresh orange juice machine, gym and the meeting room! The location is also great, super close to train station and all the shops.

Pros:

Perfeita! Quartos limpos, aconchegantes e espaçosos. Bar funcionando até as 2 a.m, ótima localidade. Café da manhã excepcional e atendimento de qualidade.

Cons:

De não ter a piscina prometida, mas não fez falta no passeio.
