la posizione e la struttura . Lo staff molto gentile .

Cons:

la struttura ha un grandissimo potenziale forse potrebbero investire un po' nel migliorare le parti comuni e magari rinnovare un po' l arredo delle camere che e molto usurato

Pros:

L'hotel avrebbe un forte potenziale..piu' edifici ubicati benissimo e vicinissimi al mare, con parcheggio,con piscina, area relax e piccolo parchetto giochi per bambini. Io ho viaggiato insieme alla mia famiglia ed altre 8 persone quindi eravamo 4 stanze tra cui il mio appartamento. Il mio era ben pulito e abbastanza refrigerato.

Cons:

Peccato che la struttura non sia curata al top. La piscina con acqua non proprio al top. La camera doppia dove alloggiava mio figlio e mia suocera non aveva l'armadio e l'aria condizionata non funzionava( infatti avevano un ventilatore per sopperire la mancanza) nell'appartamento dove alloggiavo io, mio marito e le altre due figlie non aveva nel bagno nessuna mensola dove poter appoggiare ( un sapone, una spazzola, ecc) nelle scale dello stabile dove sono gli appartamenti toglierei la moquette che fa solo sporco ed e' complicata da pulire e metterei aria condizionata. Curerei anche di piu' l'area fuori dove sono i giochi dei bambini e i tavoli magari con un prato un po' verde e qualche fiore!

TRE GIORNI A RIMINI
Pros:

Lo staff gentile e disponibile e pronto a saper risolvere i problemi.
La colazione è buona.
Buona la convenzione con il ristorante Da Thomas.
Ottima la posizione per il mare.

Cons:

Ci sistemano nella camera 110 e la zona doccia era sporca di calcare e dello sporco nero sul box e piatto doccia.
Sotto il letto c'erano un pacco di fazzoletti, e della roba di plastica e tantissima polvere.
Ci cambiano di camera e la situazione sembra un po' meglio.
Le lenzuola del letto erano macchiate di un colore rosso.
L'ultima notte abbiamo dormito senza aria condizionata.
Il portiere non ha saputo darci una spiegazione, a parte che durante il giorno hanno lavorato sull'impianto per una perdita.
Comunque avrebbero segnalato il problema al tecnico al mattino.
Le fotografie esposte nel sito BOOKING non corrispondono alla realtà.
Questo HOTEL ha bisogno di essere RISTRUTTURATO.

La posizione

Cons:

Le stanze (la 1 camera aveva wc rotto e persiana rotta e non si poteva dormire perché alle 6 del mattino entrava la luce del giorno). La 2 camera aveva il climatizzatore che ha gocciolato tutta la notte.
La Piscina era fatiscente come tutta la struttura (camere comprese).
La colazione inesistente (soprattutto per quello che riguarda i dolci). Staff improvvisato e direttore sfuggente e schivo alle richieste di lamentele.
Quello che si vede nelle foto del loro sito non rispecchiano la realtà dei fatti
