Extremely rude receptionist
Cons:

Construction site right behind the hotel with extremely loud noise. Hotel should disclose this as temporary issue and adjust their prices. The Italian/Swiss receptionist lady was extremely rude when we requested money back. Management should train their receptionist as this is their first touch point to customers. We moved to the hotel Ambassador just around the corner for only +5% per night.

Conveniently located and charming boutique hotel.
Pros:

Great location close to the lake and within walking distance to the old town. Welcoming.and useful staff. Nice rooftop terrace with beautiful view over the lake and town.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room.

Calm and cosy stay at a perfect location.
Pros:

Location. Breakfast included.

Cons:

There is no airco and the fans in the rooms help a little bit but it’s still very warm inside during the hot summer days.

Hôtel charmant à deux pas du lac et au calme
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, à deux pas du lac dans un quartier calme et vert et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. La chambre (101) était très spacieuse et confortable et la salle de bain très pratique aussi. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et frais, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Petit plus que nous ne connaissions pas, l'accès à une cuisine si vous voulez faire votre propre dîner.

Cons:

Attention pas de restauration sur place à part le petit-déjeuner. Les fenêtre ne s'ouvrent pas en entier.

Cons:

Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre à l’arrivée alors qu’il faisait une chaleur caniculaire.

Pros:

Beautiful old building in great neighbourhood - roof deck was one of the highlights & very comfortable bed

Cons:

I might make a distinction between “AC” and a fan in the room - my stay started out with temps around 33 degrees & luckily it cooled off
