Perfect location, clean, but with very limited facilities for the price.
Pros:

The location is perfect when you manage to find it. The hotel is very clean.

Cons:

Go with an open mind as the website makes it seem a lot more spacious than it is. Also there is no welcome pack explaining how things work so we had trouble with the lights, didn’t know when we had to check out by etc. Reception is manned 11am-8pm and our arrival & departure were outside of these times but luckily a man from the restaurant next door helped us get in and find our room.
The breakfast is a bit sparse, and had no milk for my lactose-intolerant granddaughter and very little for me as I cannot have foods with gluten.

Good location but too hot/humid on 4th floor with no AC.
Pros:

The hotel's location is it's strongest characteristic. It was neat and clean, with a mini-fridge.

Cons:

The room was fairly small but biggest negative was no air conditioning (in warm/humid weather) and small fans were inadequate to feel comfortable until the outside temperature cooled by about midnight. Leaving windows open to cool off only worked until about 7am when outside noise became too loud.

Good location hotel
Pros:

Great location and clean room.

Cons:

It is a hot hotel with no air con, particularly floor 2 and above. We were on the third floor and had to open our windows as soon as we entered the room each time. This was fine except for during weekday working hours as there was noisy road construction occurring right near the hotel.
We also had 2x single beds, one which was sinking on one side. Pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable.

Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

We had an incredible private rooftop with entry from our room with gorgeous views that made our stay unforgettable! Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They were able to get me into my room early upon request and were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Nothing, we loved our stay!

Overall highly recommend and would def book again.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms and the perfect location to explore Zürich! The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful!!! They also provide adapters!

Cons:

They provide fans but the top floor but it was still quite warm, we stayed during hottest time of the year though so it was okay :)
