Zürich ist immer eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe. Wenig Platz zum Abstellen von Gepäck. Gut schließende Fenster und eine sehr gut funktionierende Heizung. Highlight war die Fußbodenheizung im geräumigen Bad. Es befanden sich zwei Klimageräte im Zimmer; vermutlich im Sommer wichtig.
Es gibt einen Aufzug.
Die Altstadtlage hatte ich mir bewußt ausgesucht! Sehr ruhige Lage wobei sicherlich zu bedenken ist, daß im Winter weniger Menschen draußen sind als im Sommer. Vieles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Zürichsee 10 Min, Bürkliplatz Anlegestelle 15 Min, 20 Min oder mit der Tram ca. 4 Haltestellen zum HB von wo aus es problemlos zum Flughafen geht.

Loved for its location, very comfortable, tub (!) a great surprise, nice breakfast.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Very accommodating to keep the same room booked when flight cancellations caused a delay in travel. Breakfasts were delicious and kept us from hunting for a place with a wide variety each morning, saving us time and energy. Concierge very helpful also with local goings-on.

Cons:

Requested 2 twin beds, which there were but were made as one large bed. Arrived after concierge was dismissed so couldn't make that request plus one more urgent one & too busy and travel tired to remember to make the request to separate and re-make the beds. Unavailable concierge at a time of need was a bummer. Noise: The hotel is wonderfully low-key, but the neighborhood is not. The room was quieter once we figured out the rolling window shades for night time, but I think this is a neighborhood where you can't quiet the weekend party crowd out in the street.
