Toller Kurzurlaub in Zürich
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist es nicht weit.
Unser Doppelzimmer war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer war angenehm groß mit Badewanne und separater Dusche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstücksbuffet sollte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein. Hier wird auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet. Es liegen nicht, wie bei Buffets leider oft üblich, Unmengen an Wurst/Käse etc. aus, die hinterher ggf. weggeworfen werden müssen. Stattdessen gibt es jeweils ein paar Scheiben/Stücke aller Sorten, die vom aufmerksamen Personal aber aufgefüllt werden, sobald sie ausgehen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war relativ warm und die Matratze für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich.

Duschbrause hat nicht gehalten. Habe das in einer Booking.com Inmail gemeldet, aber keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Zimmer 302.
Frühstück erst ab 7.30 Uhr. Wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist, ist das zu knapp. Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet etwas mürrisch.
Kein Personal da beim Check-Out vor 8 Uhr.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely!! Helpful and kind. The room was super cosy and comfortable. Great size and a comfortable bed. The location could not have been better. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Cons:

No coffee machine in the room. Our only minor point :)
