very clean, neatly designed, fairly spacious room. Surprisingly good for the price.

Cons:

No A/C. Dyson fans are looking cool but not physically cool. We went there on an exceptionally hot day, so this might not apply to the usual case.

我从美国飞苏黎世出席我高中的百年庆典，事先和酒店线上商量是否可以提前入住，没想到我1点多到酒店就给我办理入住了，前台的Filip和Alicia非常贴心和专业，还给我的朋友留钥匙，非常感谢。酒店很干净，周边吃饭购物很方便，服务人员都很热情和友善，在这里开心地度过了3天，希望下次来苏黎世可以再入住！

Nice rooms but too small, too expensive, no A/C and woken early every morning by construction work

Very well furnished and room very well serviced daily.

Cons:

Being woken at 7am every morning but neighbouring builders there is no A/C and needed to keep the windows open. Rooms too small and very hard to find.

Hübsches Boutique-Altstadthotel nur wenige Schritte von der Limmat und See entfernt

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, ausser vielleicht, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt und es im Zimmer im Sommer heiss ist. Ventilatoren helfen etwas.

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Location is excellent, staff are very friendly. There are many nice food outlets and transportation close to the hotel

Cons:

The apartment terrace did not have a lift and faced issue carrying all the luggage up on stairs. The stair case in the apartment terrace had steep steps and baby had to be taken extra care due to the same. Apartment terrace is not recommended with infants

Pros:

Wonderful staff at check- in. Very helpful. Beautiful room, hot, but cools down with windows open. Beds very comfortable. Amazing big bathroom.

No tenía aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable. La heladera no funcionaba pedimos la arreglen y/o cambien y no se ocuparon y no la arreglaron

The only minor downside was some noise from the restaurants below. Since it was June and quite hot, I slept with the window open, so the noise was more noticeable. Other than that, everything was great.
