It’s very central, beautiful design and overall nice property. Generally had a good experience.
It’s pretty loud, which was okay in the groundfloor / patio room, and overall sometimes missing some of the attention you would expect from a hotel of this price (e.g. service at breakfast or an old towel on sunbed)
The property and facilities are very nice and clean. The staff is extremely kind and ready to assist
Some things didn’t work in the room and it was very noisy
The staff really made the stay, all were genuine friendly and attentive. The room felt really special, the design details were considered and our room in particular felt somewhere cozy to retreat to from the bustle of the street. The swimming pool was being renovated which was a shame as it would have been nice to have a facility to relax with but overall we really enjoyed our time here - the stay was our favourite of our entire trip.

The most wonderful hotel - absolutely stunning and the staff were incredible, they really made the stay. The food in the restaurant is superb and the staff wonderful. Can’t recommend enough.
Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The staff were so hospitable and welcoming. The welcome drink was such a nicr touch. All details are carefully considered and they go out of their way to help. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. Highly recommemd.

Great location. Easy to walk to popular locations. Staff was excellent, incredibly helpful and so kind! Garden room was beautiful. A/C worked great and the room had a ceiling fan. Great nights sleep!
