Good value
Pros:

Close to expressway, comfortable bed, fairly quiet. Price very reasonable!

Cons:

Some annoying red blinking light on the floor, shower had a wierd old faucet to turn on the water, one very small bar of soap, no body wash. Had to preorder breakfast the night before and pick a time to eat too early when I am on vacation.

The breakfast was excellent as a comparison to the Marinner inn,

Cons:

Your location is near a busy road. Could hear traffic. Also I was woken up at 6:40 am by the neighbor ( 4 seasons restaurant who hired someone to cut thier grass.

The advertising for the property implies that it is near the water which it isn't. It is on a busy street near strip malls and we didn't think it was very safe. We decided not to stay

Facility has potential to be a really nice option.
Pros:

The temp on the air conditioner was able to turned down lower than most. Hot water was very hot.

Cons:

No elevator. Had to carry all my luggage up stairs. The back parking lot didn't feel safe. Maybe some visible cameras. It was apparent there had been some updating but some of it was done poorly, for example, the wall behind the toilet wasn't painted all the way. The carpeting had stains on it. The curtains had some type of black substance, either grease or mold. Lastly, the facility was dirty. The stairs hand rail at the front entrance had so much grime on it if you held onto it you could feel it. You could also see it.
