The advertising for the property implies that it is near the water which it isn't. It is on a busy street near strip malls and we didn't think it was very safe. We decided not to stay
Nicely decorated, outdoor space and game area are nice amenities.
Maybe some may be residents and lingering at the entrances.
The temp on the air conditioner was able to turned down lower than most. Hot water was very hot.
No elevator. Had to carry all my luggage up stairs. The back parking lot didn't feel safe. Maybe some visible cameras. It was apparent there had been some updating but some of it was done poorly, for example, the wall behind the toilet wasn't painted all the way. The carpeting had stains on it. The curtains had some type of black substance, either grease or mold. Lastly, the facility was dirty. The stairs hand rail at the front entrance had so much grime on it if you held onto it you could feel it. You could also see it.
Good standard motel with excellent staff. Solid value.
Needs a few touch ups here and there but no big deal.

Pillows were too Big,hard for Our liking, but We made my own adjustments.
No drinking cups in the room. We did had a ice bucket with a clean liner.
Fridge was leaking water, but it did keep our beverages cold thru our stay
Great place to come after the Badger ferry trip. Very welcoming.
Worst hotel experience ever! Broken toilet, musty odor in room, & false advertising of breakfast buffet. You will be required to place a breakfast order & pick it up. If you don't come at the time chosen you will be called & woken up. Couldn't get any sleep because maintenance was trying to fix toilet twice, it worked for one flush & the water ran all night. Couldn't even use the toilet in our room & had to use the one in the lobby.
Lobby bright and cheery- friendly staff. The personalized breakfast was nice.
No wiping down of surfaces, walls, doors etc. toilet literally rocked off the floor. Bathroom sink leaked on counter when used. Facilities could smell better- kinda odd Misty scent. Pretty sure the floors don’t get scrubbed often or even after each guest leaves- I wore my sandals. Cuz ew. I believe all surfaces should be cleaned after each guest leaves. Not just bedding and the bare minimum of cleaning. That being said- it was fairly inexpensive to stay here.
Staff was very friendly!
The neighbors next door (had a room with a split door) were very loud late at night and early morning.
