Fair. Served its purpose.
Pros:

The location is great. I was in town for a local race and there are plenty of restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores within walking distance. The check in was easy, and the person who helped me at the desk was super friendly, even noting that I had a super early start and having coffee brewed at 3AM! Oversll, the room was clean and served the purpose of a one night quick in and out. No frills, fairly priced and has all the basic amenities one would expect .

Cons:

The inn is basic. It was clean but the room had a bit of a chemical smell to it. The air conditioning unit was loud, although ran on a built in thermostat so you could at least set the temps. The bathroom had a few loose tiles, and the towels felt a little humid, but clean. The place is visibly run down but, again, for the price and location, is a fair option for short stays.

Proce was decent. Local area was nice. The Perkins close by was exceptional.

Cons:

Old design. Noisy building. Water pipes are excessively loud.
