Important information:

* The hotel offers rates with or without breakfast.

* Note that breakfast prices available at the time of booking are prices per day and per person.

* Please note the booking confirmation voucher. If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.

* Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/nonrefundable policy.

* The hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay including 10% service charge at any time after booking in cases of flexible/nonrefundable policy.

* Regarding the request for reversals of undue charges, the guest must contact the hotel directly.

* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.

Renovation and maintenance work of the property will be carried out from 08H:00 to 17H:00 until 12/2025.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A nice stay in Rio if you need 1-2 nights, but I’d choose a more comforatble hotel if needed a longer stay
Pros:

Reception area is good and neat, location is good, facilities are decent, breakfasts are great

Cons:

Rooms seem too old, on our first day we wanted to have a drink on the top floor but the guy at the bar was closing it even though we still had like 15 minutes left; sound insulation between rooms is practically non-existent, we could head everything what was going on in the next room

Ficou facil a mobilidade para os pontos turísticos, porem o entorno esta ficando muito degradado

Cons:

O entrono do Hotel esta bastante degradado o que torna a sensação de insegurança muito alta

Pros:

Die Betten waren bequem ( 2 Einzelbetten). Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand und Supermärkte und Restaurants sind ebenfalls sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht besonders effektiv und ist sogar einmal komplett ausgefallen. Das Zimmer ist hellhörig und die Spülung der Toiletten ist extrem laut. Das komplette Inventar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Zwischen 8 und 16:30 wurde unsere Zimmer nicht gereinigt, so dass wir danach das Schild "Nicht stören" den kompletten Aufenthalt an der Tür hatten.
Das Personal darf ruhig gerne freundlicher sein und grüßen. Zudem war die Lobby IMMER voll.

Boa localização, mas deixa a desejar
Pros:

É bem localizado.

Cons:

O hotel é velho, o quarto tem cara de velho. As facilidades do hotel não comportam a quantidade de gente que o hotel recebe. Tem trânsito no elevador o tempo todo e filas grandes na recepção. Por ter ido para uma viagem a trabalho, atendeu o que eu precisava. Mas se fosse a turismo, deixaria a desejar.

This hotel has a nice staff and it is well located in between the Copacabana and Leme beaches.
Pros:

Breakfast is good, but everyday is the same.

Cons:

Plastic cups for coffee and the hotel surroundings, the pool area didn’t match the photos.

Has everything you would want
Pros:

It was good value for money. I very much enjoyed the breakfast the hotel offered and seemed to be a very safe place
