* The hotel offers rates with or without breakfast.

* Note that breakfast prices available at the time of booking are prices per day and per person.

For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Pros:

A cama era confortável

Cons:

O hotel é antigo, com muito problema de som. Você escuta tudo dentro dos quartos, principalmente a encanação do hotel. Não é feito a limpeza nos quartos , eles só trocam , basicamente, o lixo.

El desayuno estaba bueno, las habitaciones limpias.

No tenia sistema de cable en la habitacion, no tenia cortinas que no pasara la luz y lo que no me gusto es el pesimo servicio del personal en mostrador, al hacer el chek out la senorita no me saludo, no me pregunto como estubo mi estancia, me cobro todo lo que habian dejado en la habitacion, le comente que deberian de poner aviso de que todo lo que hay SE VENDE o que avisen a la entrada que hay tienda dentro de la habitacion, los empleados no te sonrien, ni saludan SE NOTA que no les gustan los turistas a los brasilenos.

Disappointing service at Windsor Plaza Copacabana.
Pros:

Reception staff is excellent.

Cons:

I had a very negative experience at Windsor Plaza Copacabana. During breakfast, I requested an omelet, but the staff member Ailton refused and told me it wasn’t possible.

What is concerning is that I then saw another guest being served an omelet without any issue. This felt like unfair and inconsistent treatment. On top of that, Ailton was rude and dismissive. This is not acceptable service, and it seriously affected my stay.
