* The hotel offers rates with or without breakfast.

* Note that breakfast prices available at the time of booking are prices per day and per person.

* Please note the booking confirmation voucher. If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.

* Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/non-refundable policy.

* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Quarto amplos, café excelente. Banheiros funcionais, mas precisam de reforma.

Cons:

Quartos precisam de uma reforma, principalmente no banheiro. Rua bem movimentada, perto da praia, mas não é seguro andar sozinha após o final da tarde. Ouvi os tiroteios do morro de Santa Marta na madrugada e a recepção do hotel me disse que eram fogos de artifício para a copa do mundo... bem-vinda ao Rio!

Esta cerca de la playa y el desayuno es rico y variado

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña, el baño con algunos pequeños detalles pero todo limpio y funcional.
El entorno no es muy lindo, al menos la 2 cuadras para llegar a la playa son muy sucias y llena de vagabundos
