Important information:

* The hotel offers rates with or without breakfast.

* Note that breakfast prices available at the time of booking are prices per day and per person.

* Please note the booking confirmation voucher. If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.

* Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/nonrefundable policy.

* The hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay including 10% service charge at any time after booking in cases of flexible/nonrefundable policy.

* Regarding the request for reversals of undue charges, the guest must contact the hotel directly.

* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.

Renovation and maintenance work of the property will be carried out from 08H:00 to 17H:00 until 12/2025.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

lo unico bueno era el desayuno

el hotel esta muy viejo, desde el mobiliario del hotel, como de la misma habitación viejo chico y bastante incomodo. ademas estaba en plena construcción con lo cual era muy incomodo entrar y salir, el ascensor funcionaba mal y esta en una zona fea geográficamente, en la esquina hay un prostíbulo y era muy inseguro estar en la puerta del hotel esperando el taxi

Cons:

Fiz a reserva com café da manhã incluso. Porém, na hora de fazer o check-in, fui informado de que a reserva não incluía café da manhã. Mesmo eu apresentando que havia contratado com café, o hotel informou que não constava no sistema. Isso gerou um transtorno e frustração, pois foi um serviço que paguei e não estava disponível conforme combinado.

Noisy and outdated room.
Pros:

Great location, very close to the beach and a short walk to the Metro. Easy Uber pickup and drop off as well.

The room was loud, right by the main road - the room is not sound proof, at ALL! I was woken up ay 8am one morning to drilling. The air-conditioning system is outdated and loud. You can hear the people in the next room flush their toilet and use their taps!

I didn't have a bedside table which is awlful when I am paying £250 a night. Nor did we have bedside table lights.

I would not rate this hotel 4 star. I would say it is a 3 star and definitely not worth the price.

Fine hotel to stay for a few days.

Great location, nice rooftop terrace with pool.

Cons:

Not worth the value I paid, for 200+ euro per night I expect more. Breakfast is okay, nothing spectacular and service is okay.
