Não vale o preço! Custo-benefício muito ruim!
Pros:

A equipe é um pouco agradável. Podia ser bem melhor. O Hotel é limpo.

Cons:

A acústica é muito ruim. Outro quarto quando usa o banheiro, faz um barulho ensurdecedor. 5 horas da manhã acordava quando o outro quarto ligava o chuveiro. As camas são muito ruim, colchão desconfortável. Academia fraca. Piscina fraca. Em fim, não vale o preço não. Não pretendo ficar lá novamente.

Foi maravilhosa!
Pros:

Eu amei o upgrade que recebi. Nao estava esperando e super mto as expectativas. Unico ponto é que a hidromassagem estava quebrada e acho que vale a pena o hotel consertar.

Nao teve nada. Adoramos tudo!

Só a localização.

Cons:

O ar condicionado é antigo e não tem como regular. O local de tomar banho tem um risco de queda real. A piscina não é aquecida (tudo bem), mas é impossível de entrar pelo frio na água, apesar de estar localizada no teto.

Outdated management that wouldn’t lift a finger to assist guests to have a more pleasant experience with high bookings

Location is just off the Copacabana beach posto #2.

Cons:

Unethical staff n management. Booked 5 nights n after 2 nights I caught a cough n cold because the room’s air conditioning AC was malfunctioning. Condensation water was overflowed from the ceiling onto the side wall n the floor. Staff Francisco Silva said the AC thermostat on the wall doesn’t work because the AC is centrally controlled. But he couldn’t explain how water condensation could happen if the temperature was centrally controlled. On the 3rd morning I requested for a room change but he flatly refused saying all rooms have same AC system n hotel was fully booked. I had to wear 4 layers of clothes n 3 blankets to sleep. Totally unacceptable attitude n facility.
