* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. La ubicación, la atención de todo el personal y los desayunos.
El fin de semana que llegamos estaban fuera de funcionamiento dos ascensores pero habilitaron el ascensor del servicio para ayudar a descongestionar la demanda de ascensores pero ya el lunes los arreglaron y todo se solucionó

El hotel es bastante ruidoso, desde la habitación se escuchaba todo lo de la habitación de a lado. En el baño no había agua caliente y se iba la luz muy seguido

Good location and friendly staff
The building is old and really noisy. Every time someone use one of the toilets in one of the nearby rooms the place nearly shaked. So it was difficult to sleep.
The hotel is in a fantastic location close to Copacabana. There was a good choice of breakfast.
Most of the time the lifts weren’t working properly causing a long waiting time or a walk up the stairs and down, to and from the 7th floor. The staff were not very friendly. There was no hot water in the shower.

Acho que os quartos deveriam ser modernizados, não cabe mais uso bidê nos dias atuais. Faltou também uma cortesia de aniversário, pois foi uma celebração, seria um diferencial.

It was really loud. You could hear people all night in the hallway. Doors super thin, almost like paper. So all noises went through

As portas dos apartamentos batem forte, incomoda muito, a descarga do vaso sanitário superior incomoda quem está em baixo, detector de incêndio do teto pisca forte a noite, péssimo para quem sofre de insônia
A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo.
Tive alguns problemas o primeiro foi que pedi uma acomodação com café da manha e o booking repassou para o hotel sem. Pedi um ferro de passar roupas, só me entregaram sem falar nada, depois descobri que é preciso devolver depois de uma hora e como não devolvi entraram no meu quarto quando eu não estava e recolheram o ferro.
