Fine for a two-night stay, but the hotel is in urgent need of renovation.
Pros:

The breakfast room was pleasantly quiet, with tables always available. The selection of food is sufficient, but nothing particularly special. The tea and coffee service provided by the staff is a nice touch. Overall, all staff members were consistently friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is clearly showing its age and no longer feels particularly modern. The staff uniforms also seem outdated. There is virtually no dedicated vegan offering at breakfast. The service could be more attentive, especially when it’s not very busy. Check-in took quite a while. The elevators are rather small and very slow. The room itself is fairly basic. We had a room with a “sea view,” which is really an exaggeration, and the photos in the hotel description do not reflect the actual view.

Bon emplacement, confortable, bon petit déjeuner.

Emplacement central à Copacabana, jolie terrasse avec petite piscine, et jolie vue sur la plage et la mer.
Literie confortable.
Personnel très attentionné, petit déjeuner de produits bien frais.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé et payé une chambre double standard de 20m2. Or, on nous a affecté une chambre beaucoup plus petite, dans les 13m2.
Nous avons réclamé, mais on nous a dit que c'était aussi une chambre double standard.
Après avoir démontré sur le site de booking que la chambre réservée était bien de 20m2, la réception nous a proposé de changer de chambre seulement le lendemain car l'hôtel était complet.
Acceptable, mais pas satisfaisant. Un geste commercial de compensation aurait été le bienvenu.
