For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Strict no guest/visitor policy which is ridiculous and should be made very clear when booking. When paying R$700 a night we should be able to have guests like every other hotel in the world I’ve stayed in.
Pool area is tiny with 3 beds that are in the shade after 10am all day.
View from the room balcony was poor.
Cleaners were always buzzing around rooms and making noise dropping things.
Balcony door/window provides zero noise insulation so you can hear absolutely everything on the street even halfway up the building which kept me awake.
The staff were very helpful and assisted us well throughout our stay. We also felt very safe knowing that there is a 24-hour reception available at all times. Their support and availability gave us peace of mind, and we had a very pleasant experience overall.
The room itself was perfectly fine and comfortable. However, the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade, as it feels somewhat dated. It would also be helpful to have more hooks for hanging towels and swimwear. We wanted to dry our bikinis after swimming, but there wasn’t much space available for that.
Good location just one street away from Copacabana beach. Beautiful views from the rooftop.
Rooms were small and in general the building is a bit on the older side.

Nice breakfast room just off the lobby with a good selection of items. Very tall and thin hotel so not many rooms to each floor. Reception staff very helpful.
El desayuno siempre anduvo bien. Estaba muy bien ubicado.
La limpieza del baño, ordenaron las toallas y todo, pero no siempre hacían los baños. Y la ventilación de éste no era la más adecuada, no había extractor, pero era cómodo, sobretodo la ducha. Increíble...

The shower pressure is out of this world, just for that alone I would return. Location is amazing and the staff extremely polite. This made our girls trip extra special.
The gym, I wish it had more than treadmill but I understand the space. Maybe having just one treadmill and a machine that you can do a few different things and having the customer booking the time to use would be better.

Principalmente do atendimento, do café da manhã, que é excepcional, além da comida do restaurante.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prima kofferservice op de dag van vertrek waardoor we onze koffers veilig konden achter laten. Ook kregen we zonder problemen kokend water voor thee of noodles. Ook prima ontbijt!
Airco iets stiller, op de laatste dag een wc verstopt.
