Perto da praia, mas da varanda só dava para ver um cantinho da praia. No mais, tudo conforme eu esperava.

Cons:

Um dos elevadores estava sem funcionar durante toda a estadia, provocando demora para descer e subir.

Maravillosa estadía, sin duda volveré .
Pros:

El personal súper amables y siempre dispuestos a colaborar, el desayuno súper bien pero cuando uno se queda varios días termina aburriendo un poco porque no lo varían.

Cons:

Uno de los dos ascensores se dañó y en ocasiones tocaba bajar por las escaleras .

Café da manhã muito diverso, o suco de laranja poderia ser natural e não de caixa. Localização perfeita e equipe excelente

Cons:

Um dos dois elevadores não funcionou durante os meus 4 dias no hotel, foi um transtorno pois além dos hóspedes, todo o staff do hotel utilizava o mesmo, cheguei a ficar 10 minutos aguardando um momento que não estivesse lotado.

Erster Klasse in der zweiten Reihe
Pros:

Das überaus freundliche, hilfsbereite und immer zuvorkommende Personal. Tausend Dank für die Hilfe bei Problemen mit der Kreditkarte. Hotel liegt an der Copacabana „nur“ in der zweiten Reihe-macht gar nix, ist viel ruhiger und gemütlicher-und in 2min. trotzdem am Strand. Reichhaltiges (aber teures) Frühstück.

Cons:

Um dos elevadores (são apenas 2) estragou logo no segundo dia, e até o checkout ainda não havia sido reparado (prestes a completar 4 dias), provocando alguns transtornos

Funcionários atenciosos, hotel bem localizado perto da praia, bom café da manhã e tudo limpo.

Cons:

O quarto extremamente úmido, o ar condicionado mesmo ligado parecia haver algum problema pois não obedecia os comandos do controle. Todas as roupas e lençol de cama ficavam constantemente úmidos independente do ar ligado ou não. O colchão também deixou a desejar, muito duro. Esperávamos uma estadia melhor se comparado com o valor pago.
