Mauvaise expérience
Pros:

Emplacement dans une rue assez calme pour la ville et commerces directement à proximité. Le personnel de l'accueil est très serviable et gentil.

Cons:

La chambre est vraiment minuscule, à peine de quoi circuler autour du lit et les équipements mériteraient d'être rafraîchis. Impossible d'ouvrir les rideaux à cause du vis à vis très important donc il faut vivre dans le noir. Le lit est inconfortable pourtant je ne suis pas des plus exigeantes. Enfin le couloir tout en carrelage résonne énormément et l'insonorisation laisse à désirer. Par conséquent soit vous avez des voisins calmes soit vous vivez à leur rythme. Par exemple j'ai eu le droit à mes voisines discutant devant ma porte à 7h le matin avec une employée sans se dire qu'elles réveillaient les gens malgré leur avoir demandé de discuter moins fort. Idem pour les femmes de ménage qui en prime déplacent les meubles le tout avant 9h. Pour le repos on repassera. Une expérience que je ne recommande pas, pour le standing espéré c'est fort en dessous des attentes malgré le prix.

Pleasant, comfortable hotel with great staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, always friendly and ready to help whenever needed. Example, they quickly assisted me with a dilemma I had with one of my event bookings. Breakfast was great, a wide selection. Another big plus is that you can purchase Reals at the front desk.

Cons:

It would be great if there was better sound proofing in the bedrooms. There was a couple in the room next to us that had really loud arguments at 3-4am in the mornings. The hotel staff did try to help, but to no avail. The female was just sooo loud, so I'm not even sure if sound proofing would have done the trick.

De tudo. profissionais educados, prestativos, limpeza, cafe excelente, atendimento serviço quarto otimo.

Cons:

check out. demorado . Tinha pedido ao atendente pra faze-lo enquanto tomava cafe pois meu tempo tava apertado e não fui atendido.

Excelente em todos os aspectos
Pros:

Localização privilegiada, próximo do praia.
O hotel esta impecável. bem confortável
Mas o ponto máximo que faz ser diferente, é a equipe de atendimento no modo geral,
uma educação e presteza que esta acima dos 5 estrelas, muito educados e atenciosos
Eu tenho costume de viajar bastante, nunca fui tão surpreendido quanto a essa equipe, meu parabéns

Ótima localização e atendimento impecável
Pros:

Adoramos o atendimento, funcionários muito gentis e bem treinados. O quarto espaçoso e confortável. Ótimo chuveiro. A localização é excelente, no coração de Copacabana. A vista da piscina maravilhosa também. Adoramos e voltaríamos com certeza.

Cons:

Não tivemos contratempos nem temos reclamações. Uma sugestão talvez seria uma área kids para fomentar um turismo em família cada vez mais comum nos dias de hoje.

La cercanía a todo, los recepcionistas y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy viejas, no tiene cafetera, la wifi en la habitación iba fatal, las veces que fueron pocas las que entraron a limpiar por elección nuestra, no nos dejaron papel tuve que bajar yo a recepción a pedirlo y no fue un despiste es que no lo dejaron desde el primer día de limpieza.

Te toca caminar media hora para estar en Ipanema.
