Pros:

They did accommodate us for my handicapped mother in law.

Cons:

I didn't like tht I had to remind them that we needed the rooms together and that it was clearly stated in the instructions. Also there wasn't much for the complimentary breakfast.

Clean and Easy to Find, but Smelled like Cigarettes
Pros:

The property was easy to find, I was traveling cross country and needed a place to stay, and that was a plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, nothing fancy, but had all the basic essentials except a coffee machine.

Cons:

The major thing was our room reeked strongly of cigarette smoke. I don’t believe this was a smoking allowed room, and there’s no way you could’ve missed the smell while cleaning the place, so to rent it out people without making sure that smell was removed was not a great idea. My only other issue was there was no coffee machine or way to make coffee, even though I believe in the description when I booked it said there were coffee machines in the room.
