Il signore in reception molto gentile, gli abbiamo segnalato odore di fumo in camera e varie problematiche relative alla stanza e ce l’ha cambiata. Abbastanza pulito nonostante tutto.
Purtroppo le stanze sono molto piccole e poco curate rispetto ad altri motel, idem la struttura.
If there was a saving to be made they had made it. Even the little cardboard room key holder had been used before, it was worn along the creases and the corners were dog eared. The swimming pool was empty and undergoing repair, the bedsheets were older than me and breakfast was crap.
Almost everything could have been better.
Parking close to room.
Cockroaches (one found ON THE BED), moldy curtains, general dirtiness... We would have left during the night if we could have found something better available. It was very disappointing because this was not the cheapest motel in the area, but a medium priced one, so I expected something a little better than the worst room I ever stayed in.
They were good to check us in at 3AM, as we had a delayed flight and then a blockage on I-15 due to a car crash. Good location for a stopover on the way to Las Vegas.
At check-in the gentleman charged us a different rate, higher. I showed him the email of Booking.com on my iPhone, but he didn't want to discuss, saying that the rate is the one he has on the PC and they do not send emails through Booking.com. The morning after I came back to discuss and showed him the printed page of the Booking.com but he insisted that does not count. However, after my insistence, ready to block the payment of my CC, he decided to reimburse me the extra money.
Other issue is the breakfast: coffee, milk, a yogurt, but no eggs, or ham, or bagel, or muffins, or cream cheese, nothing at all. This cannot be sold as a breakfast for any international standard.
The staff was very professional

The fridge was cold. Best fridge I have ever used.
I lost my reservation and price due to a delayed flight.
The owner rebooked me at a higher rate but still got me close to the original deal.

It was very old, the sheets had a weird smell, the pillows were stiff, the parking lot was sketchy, the check in person was very rude, and we didn’t get much sleep worried someone would break in.

Most funny thing is the breakfast, no eggs, no protein, milk etc. refill breakfast items like ration. Coffee is brewed many times with same brewing machines without changing the coffee , hand cut butter flavour margarine cubes ( not real butter) watered juice( not real , great value powder)

We especially liked how friendly and kind the staff was, when we arrived late and tired.
The room is very nice, clean, well cared for. The bed is comfortable, and the AC was very nice!
The room has extra comforts like lots of places to put your stuff down.
It was a place to stay and had a shower.
There was a smashed roach on the ceiling. The beds were super uncomfortable. We wouldn’t have stayed here but there were no other options. All other hotels in the area were booked.

The room not worth the cost at all room small as well needs updates on everything. The bed not great as well sheets and pillows and pillow cases we didn't stay we left.

Funcionários da noite me cobraram uma taxa extra de 10$, me obrigaram a fazer o pagamento em dinheiro e ainda cancelaram minha reserva no booking posteriormente, o qual consegui reaver comprovando com o recibo de pagamento, acredito que seja para não avaliar o local demonstrando má índole! Café da manhã extremamente simples que nem dá pra considerar um café. Travesseiros e cama desconfortáveis. Não recomendo!
