Pros:

The staff here is amazing! I never have any issues whenever I stay here. Breakfast is included, which is a plus for this value and the beds are comfortable. The location is close to downtown and as I stated the value for being this close to downtown is unbeatable.

Cons:

I didn't like being so close to the highway. I didn't like being able to hear ambulance, fire truck etc. while trying to sleep, but then again being this close to the highway that's expected. Lastly I didn't like that the stairwells are not well lit at night.

It’s cheap and we didn’t expect much for the price but th cleanliness is nonexistent.
Pros:

The staff were friendly at check in and over the phone at check out.

Cons:

The rooms themselves though were disgusting. We had dirty foot prints on the doors and walls. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned. The floors were so nasty and looked like they had never been moped. Our white socks were black after walking on the floor for just a little while. The outlets didn’t work so our phones never charged. The mattress covers were nasty. Linen had cigarette holes in them. The blankets hardly fit the beds. The curtain to the room didn’t even cover the window all the way, we had to tuck it into the door handle to cover the rest of the window. The list just goes on and on when it comes to the cleanliness. The paint on the walls was falling off and going all over the floor. The toilet paper holder was broken. It was cheap and would have been ok for a 1 night stay given the price but the cleanliness of the room was not appropriate. We checked in and then stayed away from the room until it was time to get ready for bed and left again at 6:30am. We were just thankful we were only staying the one night to break up our travel time. We stayed in room 270 so if you do stay I’d at least request to not be in that room.

I was scared to touch anything. I wouldn’t even use the shower. Bathroom door didn’t close. Burn holes in blankets.

Pros:

The man who checked me in was very nice and polite he was good that was the only good thing happen that night

Cons:

I guess the tub was stopped up and the water was backed up in the tub while I was trying to shower the toilet was acting up so I couldn't use the restroom cause I didn't want to mess up anything and the sheets had spots in it it wasn't clean enough for me
