I stayed because of the price.
Pros:

The only thing I really liked was the convenience of the location and the pricing. The staff were great and wonderful people.

Cons:

When I got to my room the first day, there was an off odor that I couldn't put my finger on. By the second day, I was certain it was either the smell of dog or cat piss. Then by the third day, and seeing who I assume were people that lived there, I am certain it was their body odor I was smelling emanating from the rooms they were living in. Also, on the first day, when I flopped down on the bed, I swore I smelled musty body sweat and it was not emanating from me. I am not sure if the bedding was not cleaned after previous person had stayed or if it was just an old, dated mattress that needed to be changed out.

Pros:

The young man who checked us in was wonderful and friendly. He needed to move us to a different room because the toilet didn't work in the first room.

Good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

Breakfast isn't worth mentioning. Everything else was adequate.

Pros:

Decent price for the area. Location is good. Walking distance from several restaurants. Room was clean and fairly new carpet and shower.

Cons:

Nothing. For the price and location it was more than expected. I have stayed at 3 hotels in the area now and this is the best of the 3.

Didn’t eat there.

Cons:

The entry to the front & back needs to be cleaned up. There was a bucket with cigarette butts in it & on the concrete at the rear door. It needs scrubbing down. The refrigerator didn’t work & the soap dispenser came off the wall just getting soap out.
