Wonderful! Will be booking again as a staycation
Pros:

Incredible staff - so helpful and kind. Heated bathroom floo! Beautiful indoor pool and a really hot hot tub. Good breakfast choices and my room was large.

Cons:

I was there in winter/ wish it was summer!

Pros:

I requested a wheel chair room because my husband cannot walk and you didn’t inform the motel of that and I order to stay the staff asked a lady to move from her room so we could stay there .We were coming to Port Elgin for my sister’s funeral after a 2 hr drive and decided to stay there night but had made reservations several days before. I would never recommend this website to anyone. Janet

The outdoor pool was the only saving grace
Pros:

Location was amazing and the outdoor pool (while not the cleanest) was the highlight for my 6 year old.

Cons:

The room was not overly clean. There was a wet face towel left behind the toilet, what looked like feces smeared on the door (not sure what it was) and the carpet turned my feet black in seconds. While our concerns were handled quickly, I felt housekeeping did a poor job.

The room was damp, smelled musty,
Pros:

Breakfast was okay

Cons:

Our room was on the second floor, and accessing the building was challenging due to a sticky door. The carpeted hallways were dirty, with a strong musty and moldy odor. The room felt damp from high humidity and also had a musty smell. We stayed only one night and, thankfully, will not be returning.

the morning breakfast needs to be better organized, maybe give X number of guests one time and 2 or 3 number of guests different times. Right now it is not fair to the staff working there that they can't keep up with the high demand all of once.

Excellent location, amazing amenities, friendly service, cozy rooms.
Pros:

The location was great. Really enjoyed the indoor pool, the patio deck, and the cozy rooms. There were many breakfast options. And having coffee available outside of breakfast times is the signature for a Super 8 :)

It would have been nice to have rooms closer together but the distance between rooms was not too bad as all were on one floor. Plus our room ended up right next to the indoor pool, which my toddler loved!

was good did not clean rooms everyday but was good

Cons:

first night frozen heater was broke and was 63 in room when woke up and that did not do much about that at all just said sorry about that 😐 so that I felt should of got some kinda kick back ..63 a little cold to brush off
