The bathroom was clean, but roll of toilet paper was not replaced by attendant.
Coffee pods for machine were not provided for day two of stay.
Garbage dump next to bedside windows.
The living area was minimally clean. Clothing of former client was found between night table & bed.
A/C made a terrible racket when turned on and did not provide adequate air.
Staff barely spoke English.
Credit cards listed on office door included AMEX, but the desk would not accept it.

The room and property was as expected for the price of about $78 per night, off-season. Water pressure was good; shower, sink, and toilet worked well. Was a bit musty inside, windows remain from the old days: thin and not locked securely. Owner and staff were pleasant.

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Front staff were great! Very friendly and offered help often asked how we were doing and any needs. No breakfast but all was good. A very pleasant stay

Older property. It’s off season so room had musty smell. They cleaned up everyday sprayed air freshener and all was cool. Best rates on the Cape for that weekend.
