My stay was felt incomplete. I left unsatisfied.
Pros:

I didn’t like that it didn’t have an elevator. The outside was unkept. It was good I guess.

It was a decent stay.

Cheap.

Cons:

Dirty floors, clearly not even vacuumed. A nicotine pouch was laying beside the bed, the floor was real sticky, and as I moved the chair it revealed a lot of dust and dirt. Cigarette burn hole in the bed blanket. The bathroom seemed clean though.

Simple breakfast. Not very welcoming staff.

Poor customer service from one of t he desk Clerks
Cons:

The night desk clerk at 7am refused to extend my stay instead he wanted to check me out then check me back in and when I pointed out that the manager didn't have to do that to extend my stay the day before he told me to get my bags and get out. So I did just that and would never stay at that place again

I wouldn’t stay again even for being a budget hotel.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Cons:

There was used conditioner left for us. The nozzle on the shower wouldn’t stay up so gravity turned the water to real hot. The breakfast options were measly. The odor of cleaning product was overwhelming throughout the hotel and I got a headache from it. That mixed with the cigarette smoke was nauseating. The back door to outside wouldn’t lock or stayed closed. I was slightly worried about passerby’s coming in the space. The lobby was not welcoming…no art or decor. And the charge of $40 for a pet should’ve been clearly listed when booking. That’s an outrageous price.
