Kraaknet hotel vrij dicht bij het centrum.
Pros:

Een erg mooi hotel, niet zo ver van het stadscentrum. De kamers waren kraaknet. Er was airco aanwezig, zodat de ramen 's nachts gesloten konden worden. De aanwezigheid van een bar werd geapprecieerd. Prijs-kwaliteit een meevaller.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt wel aan een drukke baan, dus met open vensters slapen was geen optie.

Nice stay — but could do better.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast selection. Considering it was summer, the airconditioning is a relief.

Cons:

Property is far from the city center. The buses are limited and far too few options. Also, there is no in-house laundry machines/laundro mat — i had to take a cab to the city to wash my clothes.

Frühstück gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Waren nicht das erste Mal dort, immer wieder gern.

Vermisse schon immer kleine Abfallbehälter beim Frühstück.

De skifter ikke håndklæder dagligt, hvilket er helt ok. Men de burde så også opsætte nogle håndsklædsopgæng så ens håndklæder kan tørre

Zeer net mooi ingericht hotel voor nachtelijk verblijf, kortbij de stad. Goed bed, rustig gelegen, lekker uitgebreid ontbijt

Für ein kurzes Wochenende völlig ausreichend
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Mosel,es ist sehr schön und sauber

Cons:

Leider gibt es nur einen Getränkeautomaten der kein Wechselgeld zurück gibt und das Wasser 3.20€ kostet 😵‍💫am besten Getränke mitbringen leider auch kein kleiner Kühlschrank in den Zimmern

Gut gegangen, gut geschlafen.
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig (bis auf die Klimaanlage), gutes Frühstück. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service.

Cons:

Irritierend war der beiläufige Hinweis vom Hotel im Rahmen einer Rückfrage über das Portal, dass die Buchung (die am gleichen Tag erfolgte) in einer Stunde wieder gelöscht wird, wenn kein Zahlungsmittel hinterlegt wird. Hä? Wieso macht Booking.com hierauf nicht aufmerksam oder verlangt Kreditkartendaten bei Buchung? Auch nachträgliche Eingabe ist in der App nicht möglich gewesen! Hätte gut sein können, dass wir um neun Uhr abends erst an der Rezeption erfahren hätten, dass die Buchung futsch ist. Da passt was nicht im Datenverkehr zwischen Booking und Hotel.
