The hotel has a good location, right in the center of Shkodra. There is free parking and offers good amenities. The room was clean with plenty of space, with good furnishings and a well-equipped and very functional bathroom, but the room did not have a balcony, which could be a problem for smokers. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was also varied and very tasty.

Dhoma ishte e paster me hapesire te bollshme, me orenid te mira dhe me banjo te pajisur mire dhe shume funksionale por dhoma ishte pa ballkon qe mund te jete problem per duhanpiresit. Stafi ishte shume dashamires dhe menmgjesi gjithashtu ishte i shumellojshem dhe shume i shishem.

Pros:

My first impression was of the young blonde lady with glasses at the desk during check in. She was so professional, helpful,and friendly and really made me feel welcome as a guest.

This hotel was very cute and just perfect. Perfect location too. I loved it and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had great sleep there.

I've lived in Albania for one year and the hotel breakfast was the best Balkan breakfast I've ever had. Everything was delicious with so many choices of food it's impossible to try it all.

Muy amplio y bien ubicado
Pros:

La amplitud de la habitación y lo céntrico que está.
La mujer de recepción nos dio consejos para ir a cenar y nos indicó la zona turística.
También les pregunté por si se podía ir a Theth en coche propio, al estar el puerto nevado y nos respondió y ayudó, pudimos ir sin problema

Cons:

Simplemente no estamos acostumbradas a destinar tan diferente, pero era súper abundante y, de nuevo muy hospitalarias.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Lovely staff and location. Great breakfast and they even got us breakfast to go the days we had trips to Theth and Komani river.
