Clean, convenient hotel close to SFO
Pros:

There was a convenient airport shuttle. There was a nice walking path across the street from the hotel along with several nice restaurants within walking distance. The window opened allowing fresh air. From the walking path, you can watch the planes lining up to take off and land - very cool.

Cons:

A bit dated but quite functional. Someone had tracked ketchup or jelly on the main lobby floor and I cleaned it up. The remnants were still there the following morning so not fully attended to by staff.

Pros:

Location with the hotel was. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

A little below average. Not that the food wasn’t fresh or anything just not a lot of options. The accessible bathroom shower drain over ran every time you showered that’s something I think they can be fix

部屋が広く、清潔感はあった

Cons:

お風呂や洗面台の栓の蓋が壊れていた。清掃に入ってくれなかった。食事があまりにシンプル

Dirty and unkempt hotel
Pros:

This hotel and overall experience was awful. We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle. When I called the front desk they told me they couldn’t get hold of the driver. When the driver showed up, he talked on the phone the entire time to a buddy, hence why he never answered the front desk calls. Our room was dirty. Upon entering there was little bits of trash on the hard floor entry way. There were long hairs in the bathtub and my daughter found a long hair in her bed. We were so creeped out. The sink faucet was so loose you could almost pull it out. Luckily we just stayed one night but we won’t go back here. I don’t mind the old and tired facade but the dirtiness is not acceptable. The manager and housekeeping staff should do better walk through sand spot checks in the room. We won’t stay here again.

Not worth the money .
Pros:

The staff is not really helpful and friendly. Never reply message or phone call even they are not busy there.
We kept calling from airport to check about shuttle service coz we arrived quite late but never get answer.

Cons:

Location closed to airport so it was easy for short connecting flight.
