I like that the staff was really nice and helpful especially upon checking in.

Cons:

I didn’t like for one it was only one working elevator, also we booked here thinking the pool was open and it was under maintenance which was a disappointment for the kids. I also didn’t like that the complementary breakfast waffle machine was out of batter. Such a bummer.

The room needed updated..my pillow had blood stain on it, room had some food splats on the end stands, rail was loose in bathtub.....just needed updated.
