Nothing
Well the king suite.( 2 rooms one with little sectional with nasty stains on it. Other was just bed pillows way to soft. Pool had scum on it, with two questionable guts outside the door smoking pot. SURPRISED THAT NORTH OLMSTED LETS YOU STAY OPEN. Breakfast in the morning was disgusting you had like 3 thing to pick from. Guest services seemed to be too busy or put off that I was checking in. Then we ask to stay extra hr and you wanted to charge. We travel alot and the nicest hotels around never charge for one hr id understand 4 hrs. Then when im checking out at 11 you let 2 people check in. Check in isnt till 3. I hope you charge them. Oh and elevators smelled Got any cameras in the place thats vandalism. Omg I'll always tell people not to use this place.
The staff
Everything
nothing
bathtub had hair in it and the toilet was dirty.....need I say more. Also, the pillows were lumpy.
The comfort of the room
This was a second time visit to this location. Generally, this was a good lodging experience. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were notably friendly when I encountered them. My room was very clean, although in contrast to the room on my prior visit - my room had a couple of notable maintenance issues. Nothing too significant, but it was fairly obvious and visible.
location
very dirty, ice machine broke no vending machine or even a place to get a water. towels and sheets were stained floors had not been vacuumed
We arrived and eventually someone came to the front desk to check us in. We got to our room and there was no toilet paper and no facial tissues. Not enough towels. And, unbeknownst to me at the time, no shower gel - guess when I found that out. Told the maid about the shower gel when we left for the day and she said she would take care of it. Nope. Couldn't call the front desk to ask for items because the phone didn't work, so had to go down to the desk every time we found something wanting. The people were friendly which is why they got a 2 star for service. There for 3 nights and no maid service to be found - that alone makes the maximum rating that can be achieved 3 stars. They served the same turkey sausage and scrambled eggs breakfast every day - adequate but unimaginative. But sometimes no forks to eat with. Tiny (maybe 2 oz.) cups for juice - I guess that was because of the limited amount of juice available. Extremely slow elevators. As far as I know there was 1 ice machine that was so small it couldn't handle the demand for 1 floor of the hotel, let alone all 5 floors. And no parking in front of the hotel? What is up with that? And last but certainly not least, you need a PhD to work the TV. For the price paid, definitely not even close to being worth it.
They said they offer airport shuttle, but the shuttle only runs from 9:00 to 3:00 had to use UBER twice. I'm a Hilton member, I'll stay there next time, would have been cheaper and I would have got my points
The bathroom lighting
The shower was rough. The walls in the bathroom had damage to them. There was a hair left in the tub. The bed was VERY springy. The breakfast was empty at 9am.
This property is going down fast
Bath cloths was cheap and rough on the skin bed mattress wore out. Elevator did not work properly bathtub dirty toilet dirty no amenities.
The outside looked great and like a very nice place. Easy to get to. The staff was nice.
The parking was not very handicap accessible. The handicap parking spots were on one side of the building and the other side were electrical handicap parking spots. The inside had mold on the air-conditioning units that were in the breakfast area. Breakfast was cold the eggs and the sausage were very cold and unappealing. There were no vending machines. No place close to just go get a bottle of water. The ice machine was broken and you had to go all the way to the third floor to get ice. someone was smoking marijuana near our room which made our room smell like it. The pool area was in a lot of disrepair, holes in the ceiling, and broken hot tub which we were really looking forward to . Even though there were signs on the door that said do not leave the doors open they had the doors open, which had caused leaves and dead grass and bugs to get into the pool, which was extremely cloudy. My four-year-old son went to walk around the pool and immediately stepped on two pieces of broken glass and cut his foot -my husband also found a dirty Kleenex or toilet paper or something floating in the pool.
Our room was extremely small. There were no dressers for clothes. The TV was broken and would not shut off once we turned it on the only way we could get it shut off was to unplug it. The refrigerator was not working properly and we couldn’t tell if it was cold or not so we didn’t dare leave food in it. There were no hooks in the bathroom to even hang towels on and there were no vents or anything to help with the air when you took a Shower. The beds were so uncomfortable and made popping noises like the springs were breaking underneath your weight. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor because he was so uncomfortable. In the morning we noticed that it looked like someone had puked against the wall and on the carpet right where he had been laying. The drains in the bathroom were full of hair.
I liked the hotel rates.
The hotel was poorly operated. Very dirty rooms. Trash under beds. Mattresses stained. Very grimy and run down.
Great location, clean room, comfortable bed.
More options for breakfast.
