Overall a great stay one of the good hotels in oc.

This property has its own little beach, kid friendly and close to many restaurants.

Plumbing is horrible at this hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very outdated and the tub was backed up the entire weekend so we had to bathe in our own soil. The price was so expensive per night and you could not take anything but a cold shower. We called down and they are very polite and set up a plumber who complained about the front desk, people being foreign and you can’t ever understand them. He did not fix it. We called again. The next day he came up and complained about the entire hotel telling us the fifth floor never has anyone taking a shower. They always go somewhere else.
At the end of our day, I went down to get some customer service and spoke with Barbara and she strung me along all week telling if I called Booking.com she would give me at least a portion of the refund, and then she avoided me and has never gotten back to me!!! way too expensive for what we got and it would’ve been nice to have a shower at the beach

Family of 6 ended of summer trip
Pros:

Location to the bay was wonderful
The difference excursions, a part of the hotel made it feel like we were on a resort. Easy walk to ice cream shops bars, and dinner. The bus stop being right outside of hotel made it easy to go to the boardwalk. With the bay being in the back of the hotel, the kids didn’t want to go to the actual beach. Cleaning staff was sweet.
We used all three beds the two queens in the pullout and everyone slept in until 11 every day. With the hotel being right next to secrets the noise was really low until you went out in the bay and then you could enjoy the music from secrets. The price was the price no extra charge

Overall very clean for its age! Our sliding glass didn’t fully close, the balcony needs a small table to hold a drink! There was a no smoking policy I signed and yet all I could smell on the balcony was weed n cigarettes for other rooms! Staff was very friendly.

Really good place to stay
Pros:

Very nice place . Hotel clean, every day house keeping passes by to ask if you need anything. Front desk people friendly and ready to help or answer any questions. I rely had a good time. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit Ocean City , Maryland

Great location. Pricey for 2 night stay and things not up to par.
Pros:

location is great. bayfront beach nice. No noise from other rooms.

Cons:

Refrigerator/freezer did NOT work. Not enough lounge chairs at bay beach. No floor mat for bathroom shower. No hand towels. No pool towels at indoor pool and water was not looking very clear. A/C was noisy.

Spur the moment trip
Pros:

Location was excellent surrounded by good dining a nice tavern . With only a short walk to the main Beach. The private beach also supplied a nice tranquil getaway from the rougher Waters main Beach
