Pros:

Staff was phenomenal!

Cons:

We were there at same time as a bunch of cheerleaders for a competition. Staff addressed all matters as best they could. They kept disruption to a minimum. They even checked with us on it.

We had a great vacation With my little family We had a lot of fun
Pros:

I like the mattresses, they are very comfortable, the refrigerator, the stove and the dishwasher all available, it is very important

Cons:

What I don't like is the lack of a hood to absorb the steam from cooking and also the noise of the air conditioning.

People in advertisement photos got married here, I expected it to be nicer and more well kept.
Pros:

Location was excellent.
Roof top pool was nice.

Cons:

The rug in the room was lifted up in the main area. Also, the carpet was frayed at the near the transition from where the tile met the carpet.

It was a short stay, but perfect for me, my husband and two of our kids.
Pros:

The private beach was nice. And the indoor pool was big.

Cons:

Better blankets on the beds. They were very thin.

Ok , but overpriced for what it was. Security staff is rude as shit

Didn't care for security literally kicking us out at checkout time...I was running a few minutes late and was trying to pack my stuff and they come around banging on the door- then they try to come in. I almost got into an argument with them trying to explain that if they left me alone I could finish up and get out of there. I never had that at any hotel before. Rude as all shit, too

Stay Somewhere Else
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The building and our room were very dated and showing their age. The HVAC system was terribly loud and startled me awake throughout the night when it turned on. We basically had to yell to hear each other over the noise, and good luck hearing the TV without turning the volume up really high. It was two restless nights for us - so much for a relaxing vacation! I complained about this to maintenance and nothing was done, aside from telling me the system was working. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

My stay was fair. Hotel presents as dated, old, but with high charges
Pros:

Location was good. Had pool. Room was good size. Had pay laundry. Cleaning staff were very nice

Cons:

Staff were a bit rude, I was over charged ( charged twice on resort fee), I was assured extra charge would be reversed but has not been done yet. No breakfast included. Internal restaurant not serving food.. kitchenette was poorly stocked. Shower in poor condition, faucet and drain stick. Hallway very loud at night
