Overall the stay was pretty good and the family enjoyed themselves.
Pros:

Location was perfect for where my family and I needed to be. I liked the options of an outside or indoor pool. Room was very spacious especially for little children to move and play around in. Liked the kitchen area as well.

Cons:

For an efficiency, there needed to be pots to cook with in the room, could use more towel and washcloths stocked and the mattresses need to be replaced.

Decent budget property for a quick getaway
Pros:

Great location. Right next to Seacrets. Very walkable to other restaurants and bars. Very easy access to the beach. Nice rooftop pool that could see both the ocean and bay. Very easy access parking. AC worked great after being in sun. Just overall a good location. Polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

Rooms are very very dated but charming. Blackout curtains didn’t stop sun from coming in. Got nearly blinded by 8am. Water pressure/temperature control in the shower was very sensitive and could become boiling hot with hardly any adjustment.

The pool definitely was in need of cleaning. A lot of seagulls land on the roof and crap everywhere on the deck. Also the pool was full of random hair from other guests.

Great value and location!
Pros:

Great value in OCMD! Loved the location! The bayside beach was so nice to hang out by in the evening. Would stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower. It was difficult to find the right temperature it would go from very hot to very cold.

Pros:

Great location in a quiet area with a beautiful beach just steps away. The bayfront view from the room was outstanding and one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation.

We especially appreciated having a full kitchen with a stove and cookware, which made our stay much more convenient. Overall, this is a great place to relax, enjoy the views, and spend time by the water. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only suggestion I would offer is regarding room assignments. My wife and I came for a quiet and relaxing getaway, but unfortunately our room was next to a family with young children. The noise level was quite high throughout the day and into the late evening, making it difficult to fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we were looking for.

Perhaps, when occupancy allows, the hotel could consider placing couples seeking a quiet retreat in a different area from larger families or groups. I believe this would help improve the experience for all guests.

Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Terrible 4 hour stay
Pros:

The staff were very nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was small. You had to crawl over the toilet to get in the shower with the door open (reason for the door to be open was there was no working fan in the bathroom. There was a vent but no switch to turn a fan on) The water pressure for the shower was terrible. The smell in the room was weird. The smell of marijuana was overpowering especially in the elevator. The other rudd guests were annoying to the point that we checked out and drove 5 hours home.
