It’s a beautiful hotel , been several times and the breakfast is fantastic the place is very well maintained and decorated and the staff are friendly

This hotel is truly something special. From the moment you arrive, it's clear that every detail has been carefully considered. The design is visually stunning, and what impressed me most is that it doesn't just look amazing—it feels amazing too. It’s so full of character and personality from the design through to the incredible team working tirelessly to provide a warm and easy stay.
The poolside food was another standout. It’s definitely the best poolside dining I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.
The location is also one of the best I've experienced on the island. It offers a peaceful, relaxing setting while still being just a short walk from a large selection of restaurants and shops in town.
Beautiful hotel, an outstanding team and an incredible atmosphere that makes you feel genuinely welcome.
My only suggestion would be a slightly earlier breakfast start for the early birds, but the 8am start could be based on the time in the season
La localización es perfecta para poder disfrutar del hotel, la playa enfrente si te apetece y luego bajar a dar un paseo por Santa Eulalia.

L’hôtel est vraiment canon, piscine vue mer, tout était parfait, même la musique de fond à la piscine
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas eu une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée dans la chambre

La zona exterior está estupenda, el desayuno que la zona está independiente de las mesas, el ambiente del hotel, te cambian las toallas a última hora de la tarde, la música variada, la situación al lado de Santa Eulalia, el personal atento, el parking gratuito y con la pegata
Quizá dejar un espacio sin música a mediodía, los precios de la carta altos
Staff were lovely
Food quality was poor. Level of cleanliness wasn’t great - a hair ball landed on my breakfast table (the waiter looked horrified and wouldn’t dare touch it with his bare hands - don’t blame him). For 400 euros per night you expect a better view than a car park.
Quality of restaurants nearby wasn’t good.
Would recommend paying a little more and booking a smaller boutique hotel elsewhere on the island.
This is a beautiful hotel location is amazing overlooking a small almost private beach with access from hotel pool area and great sea views . Italian vibe which is a little confusing but lovely 🥰. Very new very clean pool area is lovely music very mellow in the morning - a little loud in the afternoon ! Breakfast is excellent with great choices egg station pancakes fresh fruit pastries English breakfast meats everything you could want ! Drinks and food in the hotel are about twice the price of everywhere else and the small
Supermarket and bar across the road is a god send . Lovely restaurant called grill siesta just up the road and a 15/20 min walk along the seafront to the town and marina . Staff were friendly and efficient . There was also a courtesy shower room for the day of leaving and you can use the pool upon check out . Also a nice kiosk on the beach with cocktails and food right beside the sea! I would highly recommend !
A few niggles - soundproofing of rooms not great though they felt like concrete 🧐. Hairdryer in the courtesy bathroom didn’t work hopefully will be replaced and we would have liked face cloths but they may not be standard in Ibiza .
