Lovely setting. This isn’t a 5* hotel though.
Pros:

The pool area and the views are incredible. The staff around the pool are also very attentive and friendly. Very good breakfast selection

Cons:

- this is not a 5* hotel - overpriced. Only one lift working, aircon broken, drain smells in the room, no complimentary water in the room after the first night, holes in the curtain, no salt and pepper with room service. Shower gel not refreshed. No bathroom towels given. No spa - booked a massage and found out it was outside next to the thumping pool music and in a makeshift tent with no aircon. We raised all these issues as and when they arose, but when I spoke to the manager at the end of the stay, they said there was nothing they could do because their colleagues had not passed on our reports. At checkout, we were verbally quoted the cost of our extras (room service & pool service items) - I asked for a breakdown so I could check the amount and was told they couldn’t give me an invoice until after I paid. I pushed back and was finally given 20 individually receipts to check through (which took ages and I found 2 sets of duplicates). When I said I didn’t have time to keep checking all the individual scraps of paper, but would pay the amount being quoted and then contact them after if I found any other issues, I was told I couldn’t take the individual receipts. I insisted on taking them. Overall the setting is beautiful but so many touches that make a hotel a 5* were missing (despite the amount you pay). The faff at checkout was completely unprofessional.

Pros:

The hotel was even more beautiful than on photos. Pool is perfect for relaxing. The music by the pool is great. Rooms are so comfortable and fashionable and the breakfast is amazing. Hotel staff is very kind and professional.Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely holiday thank you to all the staff!
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff, the rooms were very clean with lovely decor, the food and drink options were good and they make wonderful cocktails!

Cons:

No free water bottles in the room, the only options are very fancy and expensive cans of water in the fridge.

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday.
Pros:

Great atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast. Staff were always on hand to help with any questions or little problems you may have

Cons:

Only dropped a star due to not having any drinking water points around the hotel to refill your own bottles. Had to keep remembering to buy it from the little local supermarket.
