Foi bem ok e eu repetiria.
Pros:

eu achei a recepção e o check in muito eficientes. Tudo era muito prático e temos muita autonomia com tudo. O serviço de transfer é uma mão na roda gigante, apesar de eu ter tido um probleminha na ida do aeroporto para o hotel (a van não vem identificada como Ibis guarulhos especificamente, então lá me orientaram a pegar a Ibis Mercure pois " era a mesma coisa".) A acomodação era bastante honesta tb e a cama era bem confortável.

O café da manhã era bem gostoso e completo.

Cons:

O serviço de transfer apesar de ser uma mão na roda gigante, me trouxe um probleminha na ida do aeroporto para o hotel: A van não vem identificada como Ibis guarulhos especificamente, então lá me orientaram a pegar a Ibis Mercure pois " era a mesma coisa". Chegando no Ibis Mercure, não fui orientada a ficar na van pois teria uma outra parada a frente, no Ibis Guarulhos, então eu desci e descobri que de fato não era a mesma coisa. Tive que ir andando para o Guarulhos, e apesar de ser uma caminhada bem curtinha, me senti um pouco exposta na rua, a noite.

Outra questão é que enquanto a cozinha foi brilhante no café da manhã, no jantar completo, as opções do self service eram bem mais ou menos.

Do atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

Da comida. E do transfer do aeroporto para o hotel. O moço nao perguntou qual o hotel não colocou as malas ,eu uma senhora de 70 anos tive que colocar e parou no Mercure e ficou bravo. Mas o transfer do hotel para o aeroporto foi completamente diferente. Sei que o transfer não e do hotel, mas quis colocar, já que pode ajudar.
