Organização dos recepcionistas. Mesmo chegando às 00:20 estava cheio, porém os funcionários super atenciosos.
O estacionamento do hotel É PAGO. Não está incluso na hospedagem mesmo sendo pelo Booking. Eu nunca havia me hospedado pelo Booking e marcando a opção Estacionamento e ter que pagar. R$ 38 por dia.

Great stay for a transit night. Close to the airport (15 min drive) and the hotel provides a regular shuttle service at a small cost. Good buffet breakfast included. Good value for money and would recommend.

Para ser atendido via whatsap é uma eternidade. Cheguei no aeroporto e enviei mensagem, pois queria o endereço para pegar carro de aplicativo. Ninguem me respondeu mesmo enviando várias msgs. Como ninguem me explicou que cada IBIS tem cores diferentes, acabei pegando a van TRANSFER errada e fui parar no IBSIS BUDGET GUARULHOS. Chegando la me explicaram sobre as cores IBIS AZUL - VERMELHO E VERDE - e claro, eu não estava com reserva no azul, o qual fui. Tive que me deslocar para o IBIS VERMELHO de carro de apalicativo, fato que me atrasou toda minha programação. Fiquei muito chateada. Se depender de mim, continuarei indo para o hotel que sempre ficava.
