Comfortable stay but the door latch issue is poses a risk that needs fixing

Helpful staff and comfortable bed. The room was functional for what I paid.

Cons:

The latch on the door for my room (room 110) was jammed on the inside. I was trapped inside and had to call out to a staff member passing through the corridor to let me out. This latch mechanism issue needs to be resolved as it poses a fire risk

IT DID THE BUSINESS FOR A ONE-NIGHT STAY. THANKS
Pros:

ROOM EASY TO ACCESS ON GROUND FLOOR. LADY WHO BOOKED MYSELF AND SON IN IMMEDIATELY PROVIDED COLD FRESH MILK IN A SMALL BOTTLE FOR TEA AND COFFEE. IT WAS STILL FRESH IN THE MORNING.

Its perfectly located for what i wanted and the host was very helpful and friendly..its a very basic room that i chose but was all i needed ..would stay again no problem

All good, great location, rather basic but not expensive.
Pros:

All fine. Rather basic decor and facilities but all operational. Cool in this hot weather as ground floor and sun didn't come in through window (view of building next door, but fine).

Cons:

No milk provided for tea/coffee, you had to ask staff at desk but not always staff there at night.

Good for price.
Pros:

Room was clean. Room was spacious. Shower a bit dicky, wasted a lot of water waiting for it to heat up. Didn't use microwave but good that it is there. Ta and coffee facilities good, especially that we were provided with fresh milk. Feather pillows and my husband is allergic to feathers. Quite unusual actually.

Cons:

Father pillows- hypoallergenic may have been better.
