Me and my partner stayed here last night and it was absolutely amazing! The staff are amazing they are so welcoming so helpful and just so approachable! The room was brilliant we had a sea view which was lovely to wake up to! Breakfast was amazing too pancakes were beautiful! Would definitely be staying again and highly recommend
Decent location. Good sized room
Check in member of staff abrupt and rude. Room cleaning service very average, continental breakfast was appalling. There seemed to be an undercurrent of anger between managers and team.
Amazing stay - staff are so friendly and the rooms were great. The restaurant is exceptional. Some of the best food we’ve eaten. Also very dog friendly.
Toilet not flushing properly .
Alles prima voor elkaar

Jolie vue, chambre tres confortable, personnel charmant, excellents restaurant et petit déjeuner
Tout était parfait
Pretty hotel overall, nice gardens, lovely entry way.
Room & bathroom were spaceous, bed super comfortable. shower pressure was great also.
The price increased significantly from when we first planned to book, and overall it felt quite expensive for what was offered. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel, despite its slightly out-of-the-way location, was the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was closed during our stay due to holidays and staff sickness, which we appreciate things happen but it was disappointing. We received a call the day before saying they would provide recommendations for restaurants in the area but there was no mention of that when we arrived other than a ‘sorry it’s closed’
There also isn’t much in the area to walk due to busy road right outside - we pointed that out to the Reception team member when we had a chat i’ the evening and he mentioned there was 2 view point walks which would have been nice to know at check in.
The room itself was spaceous. The carpets could really do with a deep clean and the bathroom window didn't open, so it was difficult to clear moisture after showering.
Given the size of the bathroom and the room rate, a bathtub would have been nice, or at least a more premium shower enclosure rather than a basic plastic cubicle.
Breakfast pricing also felt excessive: £17 for a continental breakfast and £25 for a cooked breakfast, especially considering cooked service only runs until 9:30.
overall it just felt really overpriced for location and the fact the restaurant was closed
Wonderful location. Friendly staff.
Had a nice room and view.
No phone in room.
Poor quality room service
The views are stunning and the restaurant and lounge were lovely to sit in. The staff were excellent and couldn’t recommend enough. We were staying here after we had just got married to celebrate, and they really looked after us, even upgrading our room to a Loch view. Thank you for making our mini-moon special!
Nothing :)
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and welcome us. The room and furnishings were stunning + the lounge spaces absolutely gorgeous. Playing backgammon by the fireside on a chilly evening with the remaining wine from our supper - heaven! The staff even sorted packed lunches for our early morning exit to Mull.
Unterkunft direkt am See
Schöne Ausstattung das Hotel und schön eingerichtet
Frühstück Auswahl sehr klein und Extras mussten bezahlt werden. Abend essen Preisleistung nicht in Ordnung.
Lovely room and hotel in a great location by the water. Friendly helpful staff. Wish we were there for longwr
wish we could have stayed longer !!!!
Great location close to Oban with spectacular views across the loch and lovely hotel garden with seating area which we enjoyed sitting in for a cup of tea. Very comfortable bedroom and great shower, so we had a good night’s sleep.
The food was ok in the evening for dinner but not special. Plenty of choices for breakfast in the morning but the cooked breakfast was poor.
