Great location, comfortable but outdated, good value hotel
Pros:

It’s old and outdated, but rooms are clean, it’s a great location and I’ve returned on so many occasions. Good breakfast and car park which is a bonus

Cons:

It needs a full overhaul. The lift hasn’t worked for a couple of years, but I really like this hotel

Lovely large room. Beds were comfy. Some parts a little dated and need attention but overall good value. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking on site a bonus.

Would recommend and ideal comfy stay if visiting Whitley bay playhouse
Pros:

Comfy bed and clean very spacious room
Loved having the beverage tray in the room and toiletries
Lady on reception Friday afternoon 6th March (sorry didnt get her name) was so welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was fabulous and better than some 4 & 5 star hotels we’ve stayed in!

Cons:

Night club opposite which was playing very loud music til around 2am!

Relaxing.
Pros:

Always served with a smile. Steph welcomes everyone. I love the little milk bottles served, so original and 80s music on the background takes me back to some memorable years. Lovely to relax in a lovely bath. All the team are so welcoming.
