A disappointment and don’t book All Inclusive

I liked where it was located.

Cons:

The food was terrible especially the dinner options. The entertainment was poor and not much options for much.

Very nice standard hotel with really welcoming and friendly staff. I would return.
Pros:

Very clean hotel. Daily room deep clean.
Location was perfect.
Bar food outside was very nice and the menu was varied.
Entertainment in the evening was good - very lively and created a good atmosphere.

Cons:

The paper cups for the price of the drinks was not great. I understand health and safety around the pool but even when eating and drinking at the outside bar (not beside the pool) they only provided the paper cups. I don’t enjoy a nice wine or g&t like that.
I found it stable for a good standard hotel such as this not to make cocktails in the evening bar.
The shop inside was ridiculously expensive. I barely saw anyone use it so quite pointless. Go to the supermarket 2 mins away for any essentials.

Pros:

Everything was fine, the room was clean, cleaning was regular. The food was good. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The only thing that upset me was that guests can smoke on the balcony and all the smoke goes into our room.

All good! Great for families with kids.

Cons:

5am fire false alarm and on Booking written that parking loot is free, but stuff says that it cost 10eur.

Pros:

I liked everything very much. The location is good. The hotel has a free children's room, activities with them every day. The children were very happy.

Personnel attentionné et petit déjeuner fabuleux
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et en particulier de Henry qui a été aux petits soins avec nous, en accédant à toutes nos demandes. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux (choix importants, des produits frais, quantité suffisante…)
