Great location & pool facilities
Pros:

Great location, nice pool and hot tub, friendly staff, spacious room and bathroom. Loved the free coffee in reception every morning and lemon water throughout the day.

Great updated rooms and location
Pros:

The hotel was updated and it felt like I was staying in a nice summer cottage. The hotel was very clean and tidy.
I did like the fact that unlike Shepler's ferry service and some restaurants, the hotel did not charge us extra for using a credit card.

My go-to hotel on Mackinac Island
Pros:

The Lake View Hotel is always my go-to property on Mackinac Island! I am never disappointed. I am already looking forward to my next trip back. The hot tub is always a welcome attraction after putting miles on around the island!

Convenient!
Pros:

Love sitting on the front porch and people watching! Very convenient location. This is our 5th time staying at the Lakeview. We will be back.

Mackinac memories
Pros:

Nice updated hotel with pool.Great staff. Didn't get 5 stars because of noise from other rooms.Older hotel so sound travels.Advuse don't book street view, view is nice but at night bar noise and people noise,book a backside room,walk to their porches for the view.

Family Fall Greatness
Pros:

Best family experience on the island! All of the staff is so incredibly friendly and accommodating, the kids feel truly welcome, everything is so clean, and the location is perfect. The rooms are incredibly adequate for four people to feel comfortable and not crammed. All of the amenities are top-notch.

Another great stay at Lake View Hotel
Pros:

The Lakeview Hotel was bright, clean, and fresh, and the friendly and helpful staff made our stay perfect. It is perfectly situated on Main Street near the ferry, which makes coming and going a breeze.

Wonderful first time
Pros:

It was first to Mackinaw Island. It was great that the luggage was brought to the hotel from the ferry and brought back when we left. The staff was very helpful. They lent us dice to play a game. Only wished I would know about the northern lights the first night I was there!
