Second time staying here and couldn’t complain. Very convenient being able to dock boat in front of where you are staying. Everyone is always very friends and the restaurant is good too.

Pros:

The check in was smooth. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The place is run down, not well maintained in many areas of the room. It was good location as it was centrally located. Lots of rust. Microwave looked like it had exploded with rust. Refrigerator lots of rust. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. One shower it was almost impossible to turn it on, it was so hard.

The property outside was beautiful the view of the harbor is exquisite. However inside the plumbing is loud and horrid all night if anyone either you or them use or flush loud noises ,no internet services and they expects you to do most of the cleaning or they hold you deposit
