Cons:

It was a bit dated. Our heating unit was bad and had to be replaced during our stay. I also had to call to get a hair dryer sent to the room b/c it stated it in the ad but there wasn't one in the room. Also, the pool was luke warm!

Very basic budget hotel- Great location on the beach
Pros:

Breakfast was expected for a budget hotel, they offered cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, English muffins, cream cheese, jam, juices, yogurt, fruit. Staff were friendly and hotel was literally right on the beach with amazing views. It was apparent that this strip of the beach are where the budget hotels are. As you walk further up the beach strip towards the streets with higher numbers ex. 25th street onwards the hotels were newer and higher end. We didn’t want to pay a lot so purposely stayed here.

Cons:

The hotel is very old looking and the hallways are not very nice. I would not recommend the indoor pool. It looked very dirty. The rooms were very basic, however if you are outside all day anyhow it may not matter to you.

The location was great.

Cons:

The pool was to chlorinated and off color, and I called two weeks prior to our visit about getting a floor closer to the ground because some of our party was scared of heights. They still had us on the 5th floor. Couldn’t use the balcony much and the kids were scared

Overall, the hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. I would stay again.
Pros:

How close you are to the beach and some shops are right across the street. I absolutely LOVED the balcony. The pool was nice!

Cons:

There wasn’t really any activities close by to do. You had to walk 15 minutes to the closest golf course. All the restaurants around there are pretty much just italian.

Nice stay at the beach
Pros:

Check in was easy. Staff was knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was good - there was a good variety of items and plenty for everyone. Access to the beach was easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Elevators worked and were in good working order.

Cons:

Fan for air conditioning blows towards the bed (we had a king room) which was not ideal for us. Walls of the Dining room for the breakfast needed a refresh or brightening up.

Horrific
Pros:

Right out of the gate we needed to switch room because the one was assigned to us had bathroom issue, and AC didn’t work. Even after the switch it was a Terrible stay, extremely dirty rooms, bugs were in the closet, made the GM aware who called me a liar and said there wasn’t anything there and didn’t even come up to even check.
Never staying here again.
