Pros:

I liked the location- close to the pier, close to the convention center and on the beach

Cons:

No coffee in my room, no one at the front desk for long periods of time, breakfast was minimal and often had rotting fruit. Went here due to previous years having gluten free options for my family for breakfast and this year it was very upsetting.

We had a wonderful stay!
Pros:

It was a simple, easy breakfast that allows people to serve themselves anytime between 7-10am. Lots of carbohydrates like muffins, toast, pancakes, waffles. Fresh fruit choices included bananas, apples and oranges. They were really fresh and good. Yogurt and pre-packaged two packs of boiled eggs were in the mini fridge along with small containers of cream cheese for the bagels. Coffee, juice and milk were readily available along with breakfast cereal too. We appreciated not having to leave the property in order to get breakfast. The gentleman working the breakfast room was very pleasant and helpful too.

Cons:

There was a lot of remodeling construction going on in other rooms on our hallway during the day time. Construction Workers were there and literally blocked the door to our room with their trash bins on Tuesday, April 28th.

Cons:

Breakfast is okay. Was expecting more options. Front desk clerk not helpful. Bad customer service. The staff at the front desk needs lots of hospitality education.

I have stayed here many times and always have a great stay

Location to the beach/boardwalk. The bed was also very comfortable. Having onsite parking was great. The room was good, but was not what I had booked.

Cons:

I booked a king suite with a balcony on the ocean side and ended up getting a weird room on the non existent 10th floor that was neither a suite or had a balcony. I had to pay an additional $40 resort fee once I arrived that was not mentioned at booking.
