Beds were very comfortable. All rooms were ocean view. Breakfast is "grab and go", not a full breakfast but was adequate for room pricing. Location is close to amenities and boardwalk and has two restaurants on the ground floor. Garage parking was a huge plus.
The room was not very clean on arrival, specifically the floors. There was wear and tear to the flooring that was taped down with box tape. The tub drain was clogged - we had to pull out a large hair clump for the tub to drain properly. The hotel does not have a hot tub - photos are of a 1' deep soaking pool adjacent to the pool.
Every time I come to Va Beach this is where I stay, staff is always friendly and helpful, place is clean and very comfortable.
Tub was slow to drain bc sand was in it the first day I showered in it, but being at the beach I take into consideration that other guests before me obviously didn't wash Sand off before using the shower and the hotel cannot take blame for that.

Location and price were great. Loved the balcony on the oceanfront. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Definitely an older hotel starting to show its age. Clean, but in need of a refresh. Vinyl flooring had tape holding it together. Stains on carpets in hallways. Baseboards, walls and balcony could use paint.
We loved the ocean view and being close to the pier. We felt like we were in the perfect location. The breakfast in the morning was great! The staff was really friendly. Would definitely stay again.
We were hoping for a hot tub at the pool cuz the picture made it look like there was one but it really was no big deal that there wasn't. We just love a hot tub.

The Room: Spotlessly clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from the balcony was the highlight of my morning.
Service: The team here is world-class. Whether it was the concierge providing excellent local recommendations or the staff’s attention to detail, every interaction was professional and warm.
Amenities: The pool area is pristine, and the breakfast offered an impressive variety of high-quality options that surpassed my expectations.
The location was also perfect—central enough to explore easily, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
