Had everything you need, including a good breakfast
It is a little bit of a walk from town; housekeeping didn’t come despite being out of the room all day & then did a very superficial job.
Bom custo benefício visto os preços de Queenstown. 8 minutos a pé do centro, mas em uma pequena subida.
Café da manhã buffet é bom. Na frente do ponto de ônibus que vai para aeroporto.
Subida do centro para chegar no hotel. Não tem comida na cidade a partir de 9, 9:15 pm e não tem nada para comer no hotel se chegar nessa hora.
Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Zimmer schön und geräumig, Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, nichts zu bemängeln

Very clean room
I went with my sister and we had pre-requested rooms close to each other but were allocated rooms very far apart
Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choices. Location was within easy walking areas of where we wanted to go. The staff were exceptional, especially Olivia. What a champ! She went above and beyond any other person in her position that we have ever encountered. AC was also really helpful and very friendly. Don’t let those little treasures slip through the cracks.
Some renovations were happening while we were there, but that is understandable. Sometimes a little crowded at Breakfast, but, again no big problem.

The glass walls for the bathroom. No bath robes for the sauna.

Location was pretty good, as we last parking and the breakfast. The Staff was super helpful and we enjoyed our stay.
Rooms were very small and when you turn on the bathroom light it lights up the entire room.
A lot closer to the beach area than i imagined (just over 5 minutes on foot vía the park). The staff were simply fantastic, and the breakfast was also better than expected for this class of hotel. $4 washing machines available, plus dryers!

Employés sympa. Bon petit déjeuner. Lit confortable, oreillers aussi.
Pas de contrôle pour le chauffage en chambre car température centralisée, on a dormi congelé avec 6°. Couette trop fine pour le coup.
The staff were outstanding. Very welcoming, obliging and fully professional.
Great location & staff, clean hotel.
Beds were not very comfortable.
