Fantastic hotel facilities and reasonable price given New Year’s Day. Extremely disappointing that the multiple mistak

Very clean, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast,

Cons:

It took a long time to get booked in and late but given New Year’s Day understandable, once booked in our key didn’t work then when it was fixed we were laying in our room and people came into our room with key card access and it wasn’t house staff. Very concerning and all we got was a drink to compensate. Very unprofessional

Worst ever in queenstown
Cons:

Parking should be only reserved for guests during peak season. Why would I check in your hotel if your parking space isn’t even for me but for other passengers? We booked your hotel on New Year’s Eve because we want to be in the city to see the fireworks and then we ended up spending 3 hours to search for parking because your hotel’s parking is full because your hotel accepts random passengers instead of keeping the space for us and even refused to keep them for us!

Pros:

Moderner Bau, geräumige Zimmer und gute Lage

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Keine Auswahl, kein Käse, keine Wurst, wenig Obst, kaum Milchprodukte, schlechte Qualität und sehr hektische Atmosphäre.
