Memorable and fun
Pros:

Excellent hôtel avec un petit déjeuner complet qui vous permet de bien commencer la journée A+
Pros:

Ce que j'ai le plus aimé est de prendre mon petit déjeuner devant un match de la coupe du monde de football. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et il y avait un plat différent chaque jour. J'ai aussi aimé le calme de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé les clients de l'hôtel qui ont pris leurs petits déjeuners qui se servaient de la nourriture à emporter dans des boîtes en plus.
Je n'ai pas apprécié la cabine de douche car ça mouillait beaucoup du côté lavabo et WC, mais ce n'était pas grave.

The main lead staff member was amazing and helped where we needed. The rooms were nice.

Very disappointing lI was gutted.
Pros:

I have stayed here before and loved it. Beautiful foyer nice places to sit . It felt luxurious. Beautiful breakfast area.
This time it was a building zone jack hammer going half the foyer not there. It was awful and so disappointing since I paid for 2 rooms and it was expensive but I did it as a treat for my family . I basically felt like crying when I got there.

It was good for the value of our 1 night stay, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable

Cons:

The parking situation could've been better, just know since its in downtown queenstown, parking may be a bit hard and their parking can be full at times
