Pros:

Great location, close to town and the ski bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast and restaurant were both great. We were grateful for the drying room and sauna after being out in the snow. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy Stay in Great Location
Pros:

The hotel was in such a convenient location, only a 5 minute walk from the town centre! However, it was out of the way enough that it was peaceful. The hotel staff were absolutely incredible, so attentive and thoughtful. We also loved the vibe of the hotel, it was super cosy and had a nice selection of food for breakfast!

Cons:

The water pressure in the showers could've been just a little bit better but other than that, we loved everything about our room!

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

No ventilation in room. Room was super small. Did not feel clean. Dusty as. I couldn’t breathe most nights.
Room service had nothing on it compared to other hotels. Restaurant was the same , Especially for the price. $25 per day for parking which wasn’t mentioned when booking.

Fantastic refresh
Pros:

Service by all staff was fantastic. Even the chef was aware that we missed breakfast one morning and made sure we had something to eat.
The hotel was well maintained and sauna was great too

Cons:

The gym was very basic and could do with some mats and equipment.
