Good hotel but they must fix the aircon issue.
Pros:

Great location, interiors and breakfast.

Cons:

The room was hot as the central aircon could not be set below a certain temperature. All of us were sweating at night and the staff raised their hands that they could not do anything. It was a shame.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, breakfast was great. good location, family friendly. Almost perfect

Cons:

You couldn't open any windows. The foyer was hot. Our room was so stuffy and you are in constant recycled air. Even being able to crack a window slightly would have been ok... We loved everything else about the hotel - but unfortunately this design floor is a deal breaker for us.

You will not regret the stay!
Pros:

Loved the property, the buffet breakfast, the amazing and helpful staff - nothing was ever a problem for them. Had nice Antipodes toiletary, dyson dryers and straightners, the towels were soft, coffee machine.. we had booked a suite so had two TVs... loved the stay.

Cons:

The only reason I am giving this a scor of 9 and this is biased because of the beds - they were soft, the pillows were soft and I prefer med to firm beds. I couldn't sleep 2 nights however as I mentioned this was a personal preference.

Fantastic hotel for a getaway to Queenstown
Pros:

Loved the breakfast. The hotel was friendly and inviting. The room was clean and well organized. The sauna was a lovely bonus

Cons:

The bathroom door, that doubled as a shower door.

Best place to stay in Queenstown!
Pros:

The location, staff and facilities were amazing! This was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have ever experienced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This hotel did “the little details” so well, the complementary bottles of water in the room on arrival and they even provided marshmallows for roasting over their outdoor fire pit. We had a great time.

Cons:

The bed could have been slightly comfier.

Good room, breakfast ok
Pros:

Location, comfortable bed, room was up to date.. the foyer where you check in is large and airy, it also has a bar, sofas and coffee tables, and is where breakfast is and dinner, so it has some life.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet could be a bit more expansive.
More clothes hangers needed and some wall hooks to increase the hanging space would be good.

Pros:

Loved the vibe and the view from the window. Also was super satisfied with the buffet breakfast!

Cons:

There were no toilet brushes and when we asked they didn't bring. And it was the second last day and they left it dirty.
