Ein wenig „Jugi-Style“
Frühstück bis10.00 Uhr! Lange Warteschlange bei der langsamen Kaffemaschiene und Punkt Zehn Uhr stellt die Maschiene ab, auch wenn die Tasse noch fast leer ist. Eine Frechheit!!!
Unsere Tochter darf nur Hafermilch trinken. Die musste extra bezahlt werden. Sojamilch hingegen nicht.

The suite looking over the lake is the most incredible view. That alone to enjoy everyday was incredible value!
Some construction challenges but understandable. Limited parking. Laundry facilities could get backed up easily
We left another hotel because it was so bad booked here spent more money than we wanted to, but enjoyed our stay

First hotel i have been to that offers room service that then rings you to come down and collect it yourself, if you needed anything eg towels you had to go down to reception to collect.
Parking is VERY limited and at a cost. For 750 per night you definately except more.
Dont waste your money, plenty of other hotels half the price that offer a double bed.

The flooring of the room
We enjoyed the location of this hotel in Queenstown. The facilities were good, the room was spacious and well equipped with an excellent view. Breakfast was included and provided a decent choice of food. The reception staff were friendly. helpful and knowledgeable about where to go and how to get there.
The fact that changes were in progress whilst we were there was not the greatest. The rate per night was on the high side.
It was not that far from town.
There was not enough room to sit down at breakfast and frankly the breakfast was not always great. Despite asking for the 100 dollars to be released for over a week now - I still have had no response or refund/ release. What a terrible company. Parking here is a joke by the way and you may be able to pay to park at hotel whe you arrive or if no space - yiu have to go in search of space on streets around area .
