Great budget hotel with basic amenities, in good location.
Location, pool area, price, room decor / bathroom tile.
No coffee pods in the room. And no staff around to get them in the morning when we realized they had been forgotten.

Cute boutique hotel in central location. I only stayed a night and was happy with what I got - mostly because the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, which I appreciated after a 12 hour flight. I was supposed to have the Deluxe suite and had to change to a smaller room, because the suite was situated right at the corner of a busy street and I had traffic noise from two sides. Other than that, the room would have been great! The small room was fairly quiet, just really small. The pool area wasn't very inviting, it's quite small and very close to the street as well. Having said that, the hotel itself was lovely, centrally located and I had everything I needed for one night.
I found it a bit pricey for what it was, but Los Cabos is that in general.
It was clean and the lady at the reception tried to her best abilities to manage a very uncomfortable situation.
The bed was comfortable
This place is basically a motel, not a hotel. The room doors open directly onto the street, and the “corridors” look exactly like a roadside motel. The photos on the website are wildly misleading-credit to the photographer, because the reality looks nothing like the pictures.
The listing claims rooms are 35 m², but in reality they’re closer to 11 m². You can barely open a suitcase without playing Tetris.
They charge around $170per night, which is completely unjustified. For what you actually get, this place is worth $80-90 a night at most. Calling this a 4-star hotel is a huge stretch- it’s a clean, well-maintained 2-star motel, nothing more.
When I asked for a refund or even a discount due to the misrepresentation, it was refused. If this were honestly advertised as a motel or lodge, expectations would be clear. As it stands, the pricing and presentation don’t reflect reality at all.
The pool. Beds were comfortable. Filtered fresh water available. Nice when it is backing a golf course so always entertainment as golfers putt out. Staff were very helpful. Lots of possibilities for restaurants nearby.
