It was just ok
Pros:

The buildings and grounds are beautiful.
Parking was good
Lots to see in Ojai

Cons:

Older room, need updates
Shower door hits toilet
The bed was so uncomfortable
Pillows were large and as hard as a rock
We left a day early as i couldn’t sleep on that bed another night

Pros:

Building design and grounds very well done. Comfortable 2-day stay. Studio was comfortable. Liked the large kitchen. Room was quieter and more secluded than would have imagined given proximity to highway 33. Will return.

Beautiful property, great room, jacuzzi was wonderful.
Pros:

Property was beautifully kept.

Cons:

Front desk person was not very kind or accommodating. She did not meet the standard for basic kindness so that could be worked on. But otherwise all was great!

An enjoyable 3 day stay, we would stay again if in the area.
Pros:

We really liked the lovely gardens that were well maintained and the pool, with a DEEP end that one could actually dive into. like the old days. Provided towels at the pool were also a nice feature. The outside table by our door was great for morning coffee. Lauren in the front office was very friendly and helpful.

shower was on the small side.

Pros:

Overall Spanish/Mexican decor was very charming. Our king bed was very comfortable. Air Conditioning worked well.

We loved it!
Pros:

We did contactless check in that was very simple. The room was very nice, the facility was very cute. We wanted a bucket of ice which was delivered to our room in a timely manner. All in all, I would gladly stay here again.
