Excelente café da manhã, acomodações ótimas, gentileza dos funcionários, localização, todo o hotel é extremamente limpo.

Cons:

Os cartões magnéticos, dos dois apartamentos sempre desmagnetizados. Desagradável em sete dias ter que solicitar, na recepção, várias vezes. Parece que você não conhece o sistema e não sabe quais os cuidados deve ter com eles. Ficou parecendo que alguém do hotel bloqueava de propósito.

Nossa estadia no Windsor Florida Hotel, em fevereiro, foi novamente muito positiva — já é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nele.

O hotel é bastante grande e recebe um volume elevado de hóspedes, mas ainda assim a equipe consegue manter uma boa organização e prestar uma assistência adequada a todos.

Um ponto de atenção é que, nos horários de check-in, costuma se formar fila na recepção, mesmo com um bom número de atendentes. Em alguns momentos, o processo pode demorar um pouco mais, mas isso não chegou a ser um problema relevante para a nossa experiência.

O quarto é confortável, bem cuidado e conta com os equipamentos essenciais para uma estadia prática e agradável, atendendo bem às necessidades do hóspede.

Um dos grandes destaques do hotel é, sem dúvida, o café da manhã: muito farto, com grande variedade de opções e excelente qualidade, tornando o início do dia um dos pontos altos da hospedagem.

Outro diferencial importante é a piscina na cobertura, que oferece uma área muito agradável para relaxar e aproveitar a estadia, com uma vista bastante interessante e boa estrutura para descanso.

Estivemos no período de Carnaval, quando a cidade estava bastante cheia e o hotel recebia muitos hóspedes, incluindo um grande número de turistas estrangeiros, o que deixou o ambiente ainda mais movimentado e diverso.

De forma geral, foi mais uma boa experiência no hotel, que mantém um padrão consistente e confiável no Rio de Janeiro.

Pros:

Nos gostamos especialmente dos funcionarios queriamos destacar toda a equipe de mensageiros, especialmente Paulo e Roger que foram muito solicitos, simpaticos, prestativos.
