Pros:

Gostei muito da experiência no hotel, achei tudo muito bonito e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é excelente, muito completo e com grande variedade de opções. O atendimento também foi impecável, com toda a equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Cons:

O único ponto que senti falta foi de uma opção para regular a temperatura ou desligar o ar-condicionado central do quarto. Porém, isso não chegou a atrapalhar a estadia, que no geral foi muito positiva.

Rápida e necessária

Ter o estacionamento e ao final a cama era confortável e foram rápidos com a mudança de quarto que se tornou necessária. Boa localização também.

Cons:

Ao chegar no Hotel nós deram o quarto 245, fujam dele. Além de cheirar mofo e cigarro, tinha uma portinha com máquinas que fazia um barulho horrível. Colocar qualquer hóspede neste quarto é uma ofensa, pois ninguém paga por um quarto com este tipo de problema. Fala mal do nível de cuidado da rede Windsor com seus clientes. No dia seguinte, solicitamos deixar o carro pela tarde no estacionamento depois do check out para poder atender a um compromisso de trabalho, já que tínhamos chegado às 10 da noite no hotel. Uma funcionaria disse que era impossível e era ligado à saída. Outro já nos deu a opção de pagar outra diária. As informações precisam ser alinhadas.

Cons:

The fact that I had to go every day, every single day, to make the access card work again at the reception. Also, they constantly thought my girlfriend was staying with me, when she lives in Rio, and did not stay. They even charged me for that, unilaterally.

Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Limpeza do quarto muito boa

Cons:

Acho que poderia ter travesseiros de alturas diferentes. Os travesseiros são altos e todos iguais, o que dificulta para quem tem dor na cervical. Talvez também pudessem colocar um anteparo na saída do ar condicionado para que o vento não vá diretamente no rosto de quem está deitado. No mais, tudo ótimo!
