A estadia é boa, sempre fico na rede windsor, mas a minha ultima estadia (no florida) deixei meu perfume no quarto de hotel e quando voltei para buscar, o perfume tinha desaparecido. Não tive nenhum retorno da equipe. Muito ruim.

O hotel é bom, tem restaurante, comida boa. Mas falta estacionamento e funcionários mais prestativos.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, ao lado da estação do metrô.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento. E nem local pra parar próximo ao hotel. Tive q deixar o carro em um estacionamento a umas 4 quadras.

Cons:

Café da manhã tumultuado. Na saída houve confusão quanto a consumo do quarto. Fiz pagamento do que consumi e quando estava no carro me chamaram dizendo que faltava mais coisas. Na verdade eles que não fizeram a reposição adequadamente.

Um bom hotel, mas eu e minha família ficamos decepcionados por achar que iríamos estacionar no hotel

No anúncio está explícito que tem estacionamento, tanto que o filtro que fiz foi para encontrar hotéis com estacionamento por estar com a família e não querer andar a noite com a família pelas ruas do Rio de Janeiro

Boa localização próximo do centro
Pros:

O café da manhã apesar de sempre muito cheio, tinha boa opção de alimentos, com reposição frequente. O quarto tinha camas simples, com conforto ok, porem o ar do meu quarto não regulava a temperatura, apenas ligava ou desligava. A academia tem poucos aparelhos e em sua maioria não funcionantes. A localização proximo a estação de metro , e aterro do Flamengo, facilita o deslocamento a vários pontos turisticos. A praia do Aterro do Flamengo, fica a 5 minutos de caminhada
