J’ai bien aimé l’établissement, le personnel était très sympathique, j’ai pu discuter avec le propriétaire de l’établissement qui était très gentil et très agréable. Pour finir, l’emplacement pour les magasins était vraiment au top

Cons:

Toutefois, je trouve que le ménage n’était pas souvent fait dans notre chambre (même jamais durant un séjour de 5j), qu’il y avait certains odeurs de cigarettes et même des odeurs assez nauséabonde enfin l’emplacement n’était pas le mieux pour des personnes sans voiture.

Debe mejorar en instalaciones y servicio. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.
Pros:

La cercanía con el aeropuerto. Es lo único bueno.

Cons:

El hotel no cumple con las expectativas. El estado del lugar es mejorable (pintura de la pared en mal estado, instalaciones muy gastadas., grifos rotos..), no ofrece ningún servicio de cortesía en la habitación (no hay jarra para calentar agua ni un café...), ni en el baño (apenas hay jabón y champú, no hay nada más). El servicio de 24h de la recepción no es fiable (tenía que coger un taxi pronto por la mañana y el encargado tardó más de 20 minutos en aparecer). debería haber más información al menos en inglés, todo está exclusivamente en coreano. El personal habla apenas inglés y no ofrece apenas apoyo (en un país que destaca siempre por la amabilidad de su gente, resulta sorprendente). Este hotel debe mejorar en muchos aspectos, actualizarse y ofrecer mejores servicios. Lo que ofrece no se corresponde con el precio.

リモコンにエアコンが内蔵されてるのに気がつかず

フロントに行くまで勇気がいりました

まさかのリモコンひとつに全てが内蔵されているとは驚きました

掃除をしっかりして欲しい！
Pros:

駅が近い。空港からも近くて良かった！コンビニも近くにあり便利だった！
朝食が食べれるのは良かった。パン、コーヒー、オレンジジュース、卵、シリアル、カップ麺。
洗濯も無料でしました！
部屋が広かったので楽々スーツケースを開けられた！

Cons:

掃除がイマイチでした。ホコリが目立って残念でした！ハンガーももう少し欲しかったです。
トイレの音がもろ聞こえるので、TVの音量を上げて入りました。
