Room was ok. Not terrible but nothing I need to stay at again, needs updates.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, room clean

Cons:

Buildings old, stained carpets, could use upgrades. No elevator.

I'd stay here again but reserve a room for the other side by the closed restaurant.
Pros:

After spending two very hot days in NYC at a hotel with AC that didn't work very well, it was a welcome relief to have a room with a fully functional AC.

Cons:

The entry/stairway was hot...just opening the windows might helped cool it down at night.

a/c was broken, refrigerator rattled all night, when I confronted clerk in the morning, she just smiled and said "have a nice day" Upwards of $200 a night............Bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won't stay at BW again...........

Outside building keys did not work. Staff rude.
Pros:

Room was fine - met expectations

Cons:

Was in more remote part of hotel a half mile down the road. The keys to the outside door did not work even after replacing them more than once (having to drive back to desk). this was the case for several other guests we spoke with. Staff rather rude in addressing this issue. Outside pet trash has not been emptied for what appeared to be a week. Map to remote building did not account for construction blocking the drive into the building meaning we had to drive past and then turn around somewhere in order to pull into the building. Rather confusing. This was not expained at check-in.

Clean, affordable but fancy, and fun
Pros:

We ended up needing to stay an extra night in our room. Another night was added with no problems. The room was very nice and the price was extremely reasonable, especially for the room we had.

Cons:

The location across the river is slightly confusing at first, but once you find it, it's easily accessible. We didn't know that there were two buildings.

It was okay, but I wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. The ice machine at the entrance wasn't working right and made the hallway about 90 degrees. The hotel knew about it. A machine heating up like that tells me it wasn't working right. I was a little worried about a fire hazard.

Overpriced and not so clean
Pros:

This was a beautiful location with newly renovated rooms. The overall experience was good.

Cons:

No breakfast, which for the cost, was surprising. Everything looked clean until we had a spill and wiped the floor. It was filthy. I don’t think the floors had been mopped in a while.

checked in at 2am for a few hours sleep before continuing home after a late flight into Portland.
Cons:

Room smelled of wet dog or sweat socks. Was exhausted so just sprayed some cologne into the return air filter of the A/C and went to bed.
