Perfektes Hotel mit allem Komfort. Mehrere Restaurant mit gutem Angebot. Das Zimmer im 22. Stock war perfekt.

Cons:

Die Lage neben einem stark frequentierten Container Umschlagplatz ist nicht idyllisch. Aber dank guter Schallisolierung hört man innen nichts

Good for work travels, decent staff, idiotic chat service.

The reception and restaurant staff were lovely

Cons:

Whoever replies on their Booking chat is incompetent. I requested an invoice and they told me to ask the booking platform (in broken English). Once I told them that Booking specifically says they do not release invoices but the hotel does, they just AI-ed their message in better English saying exactly the same thing. They didn't reply when I asked who I was speaking to.
Needless to say, there was absolutely no issue when I asked for the invoice at the desk.

Lieu idéal pour un déplacement professionnel.
Pros:

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour un déplacement professionnel en relation avec le port de Laem Chabang mais peu d'activités à faire à proximité immédiate. très propre, très confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très agréable tout au long du séjour mais je n'ai pas apprécié l'incapacité à faire preuve de discernement lors de mon arrivée. Par erreur, deux chambres ont été réservées pour ma participation et l'hôtel a eu du mal à prendre en compte la situation et faire un geste commercial.
