hermosa vista al lago y al volcán
Pros:

fue uno de los mejores lugares de alojamiento en nuestro viaje a Chile, tiene una vista preciosa con el volcán y el lago al frente, la cabaña estaba rodeada de arboles frutales y flores, a mi familia y a mi nos encantó. Y la cabaña muy espaciosa y confortable. El desayuno muy bueno. La atención fue muy buena también.

Increíble 💚
Pros:

Nos encantó! Tuvimos una estadía perfecta. Nuestra habitación tenía vista directa al lago, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial.

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Por temas personales no pudimos tomar desayuno dentro del horario establecido, pero al avisarles, las chicas muy gentilmente nos ofrecieron guardarnos una colación que, en realidad, era prácticamente el desayuno completo. Un detalle que valoramos muchísimo.

La habitación era linda, ordenada y muy cómoda. Sin duda, volveríamos.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que no nos informaron previamente que ingresarían a la habitación para realizar el aseo. Estábamos descansando, ya que habíamos salido muy temprano a pescar, y de repente comenzaron a abrir la puerta sin consultar si la habitación estaba ocupada.

Al momento de salir, nos preguntaron si necesitábamos toallas o que retiraran la basura, pero no hubo ninguna disculpa por lo ocurrido. Quizás asumieron que sabíamos que ingresarían a realizar la limpieza; aun así, nos pareció una situación incómoda y fuera de lugar.

Nos gusto la ubicación, el personal muy amable, el desayuno excelente con productos caseros, el entorno del hotel hermoso. Queremos volver.

Cons:

El camino de la entrada del hotel está en muy mal estado, es un tramo muy corto que se podría arreglar. Se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones, como sugerencia se podría hacer un cartel solicitando respeto en las horas de descanso

Excelente lugar
Pros:

El lugar era increíble muy lindo con un jardín muy lindo y las vistas mejores aún las instalaciones muy lindas y cómodas con amplió estacionamiento, incluía un desayuno muy rico y abundante y había un lugar para comer con todo lo necesario para calentar

Hermosa vista al volcán
Pros:

Excelente ubicación cercana a la ciudad, la vista hermosa al lago con vista al volcán. Los alrededores muy bellos también. Servicio a la habitación incluido a pesar que es cabaña, ese detalle lo encontré bueno.

Cons:

Los asientos del living en la cabaña eran muy incómodos y la calefacción no llegaba a las piezas ya que el aire acondicionado está en el living. Por último un día nos despertamos por la cortadora de pasto, se entiende que se deba hacer manutención pero podría ser un poco más tarde.
