Precioso lugar, jardines para caminar, el desayuno espectacular y la atención súper buena

Cons:

De acuerdo a la página esperábamos una habitación y es más un departamento studio, habríamos llevado cosas para comer y dejar en la habitación. No hicieron el aseo en la habitación, dejaron solo un rollo de confort y la ducha es muy pequeña.

Cons:

El hotel a las 10 de la noche tuvo una filtración en el baño ( 5 goteras) y no tienen ningún número de emergencia para poder dar una solución rápida al problema por lo tanto recién nos respondieron a la mañana siguiente.

Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica con la vista al lago Panguipulli. El parque donde se encuentran las cabañas es muy lindo. Flores y árboles diversos completan el hermoso panorama. Además el rico desayuno y la atención de las damas a cargo hicieron la estadía inolvidable.
