Sea Dip

Oh Sea Dip, you make my heart miss you more and more. I like the space, the fact that I got an ocean view, and the pool and tub are both nice and comfy.

It was a great stay.Had issues with the microwave that had to be exchanged got another one wall jack had messed up so had to move it to the stove for a working wall jack but other than that it was nice

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and way too soft, they also made a very loud creaking noise with every movement. The furniture is also a bit old. Killed two cockroaches in the bathroom on the last day.
I think it is just about adequate for the price. The handrail in the swimming pool should definitely be reattached properly, in its current state it is a source of danger.

Beds are comfortable, great deal. I can't wait to come back. I could live here. Pools, ocean front, balcony. I love it!!!! The receptionist was so nice. September is such a great month to visit Myrtle Beach. Very clean. I have missed coming to the beach for a few years. I will not miss it again

Great place for the price range, if you’re picky spend more money but if you can settle for spending less it will be great right on the water!

Perfect lodging for the best beachfront experience! If you’re looking for a great value for your money, the Sea Dip is it! Nothing formal or fancy. Simply a nice place to call home while at Myrtle beach.

Room 312 was clean, had great A/C, and a beautiful balcony view of the beach. The room had a kitchenette, which made preparing simple meals a snap. The pool, lazy river, and spa were clean, well-chlorinated, and so much fun! The beach was really wide, with plenty of room to set up umbrellas and chairs. We spent HOURS in the water every day. The water was really clear during our stay, which let us see exactly where the water was shallow and where it got deeper.

Sea Dip staff were so friendly and helpful. Amber was especially nice, giving us some great advice on places to shop while at the beach. Frank was really kind, lending us a beach umbrella when someone accidentally took off with ours. And Nancy was so friendly at checkout. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the Sea Dip!

Flashback to the 80’s, not so sure when was the last time the sheets were changed, mattresses were from the 60’s, had to fight the door every time to get in and the roaches come out when the lights are off. They updated the outside to make it look modern but obviously don’t care to put any of all that money they make to update the inside. Pools were nasty. Never again!

Ordered a room with a full kitchen didnt get it booked and paid 112 a night for the stay then saw it was 88 a night while we were there for the same nights

Very good rooms, equipment a little careless and the last 2 floors don't have an elevator. It's a little tiring to have to walk the stairs every time you leave the room but the location is very good

8th floor with an oceanside balcony. 2 adults and 2 kids 5 & 10). Double queen beds with a kitchenette. Staff was friendly. Indoor pool was a great option during the rain. Outdoor pool and kids lazy river were a hit as well. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs. All pools were clean and no obnoxious smell of too much chlorine. The beach is beautiful as well and right behind the hotel. The room was clean, a bit outdated but not dirty or uninhabitable. The elevator only goes to the 6th floor but we were ok with a few stairs to be on the top floor. No breakfast service but Magnolia's across the street was a great buffet option for breakfast or dinner. Plenty of other stores/restaurants in the area. If you are boujie and all about the 5 star treatment, this is probably not your place! Great value for the price!

The Sea Dip is our favorite place to stay in Myrtle. This is our second year staying here. They even got us in a room hours early with no question. Friendly staff! Clean pool, lazy river, and hot tub. We will be using Sea Dip from here on out when we visit Myrtle Beach.

The property was great for a cheap, beach front location. The staff were extremely nice and let us check in 30 minutes early.
The only downside was that the bed was moldy on the boxspring and the water from the bathroom tap bleached speckles on my green shirt. The parking is mostly across the street so you have to walk across traffic with no signals to get to the property.
