Todo muy correcto y limpio.

Cons:

Está bastante alejado de lo que es el centro de la ciudad. En nuestro caso, al coincidir en día festivo tuvimos que recurrir a taxi (21,00 € el trayecto) al no haber servicio de bus urbano. Si llevas coche perfecto, tienen buen aparcamiento gratuito.

Nous avons aimé le confort de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner qui n'était pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles tant sur le plan de la variété des produits que sur le service. Il a été compliqué de se faire servir des expressos ce qui dans un établissement italien est quand même excessivement décevant. Il n'est pas imaginable de comparer une prestation habituelle en Italie avec un automate qui nous a été proposé. Heureusement, la jeune femme de la réception qui a été mobilisée pour répondre à notre demande l'a fait avec beaucoup de courtoisie, de professionnalisme et de naturel. La personne du service de restauration dédiée au petit déjeuner était trés mobilisée par un groupe de cycliste et était de fait fort peu agréable, ce qui était une première pour nous dans les établissements italiens de l'enseigne Best Western.

Chambre spacieuse. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner satisfaisant - peu de légumes frais de qualité. Œufs brouillés froid.
Café pas top du tout. Heureusement la dame qui d'occupe du petit déjeuné propose un café d'une autre machine.
Au niveau de la salle de bain : lunette de wc bancale ; cela a été signalé et n'a pas été réparée durant le séjour (3 nuits).
Accueil moyen à la réception. Carafe d'eau présente mais le personnel ne propose pas :(

Personál bohužel cílenému standardu a ceně ubytování neodpovídá. Recepční zajímá více debata se svými kolegy než problémy hostů. Snídaně byla průměrná, večeře v hotelové restauraci naprosto bídná.
