A perfect stay for Pride weekend
Pros:

Kimpton Maa-Lai is close to the Silom area, making it very convenient and safe for LGBTQ+ travelers. We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria before coming to Kimpton Maa-Lai, and honestly, we loved Kimpton even more than the Waldorf because of its youthful vibe and the many things to do here. You would love your stays here immediately after you enter the lobby.

The room was spacious and well equipped. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the room was cleaned regularly while we were out. It was also very well soundproofed, so we were barely disturbed by our neighbors or by traffic noise from outside.

I especially loved the swimming pool, which offers a beautiful view of the entire garden. The food here was also amazing.

The staff were extremely friendly. Special thanks to Grape, who helped us check in, book restaurants and rooftop bars, and introduced us to many activities within the hotel.

First time and pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Stayed here overnight on my way back to Hawaii. Fabulous hotel near Lumpini. Clean , elegant with large well appointed rooms. We have drinks in the bar downstairs by Booms and his team. Excellent! We also had dinner at Avant upstairs a must try !! Will stay again

i love it💜
Pros:

I definitely loved this hotel we stayed in teo bedroom suite had a kitchen and laundry. very convenient for families. great location close to lumpini park and surrounded by greenery close to nice shopping malls and many restaurants has a great roof top bar. pool is well shaded

A lovely stay with personalized touches
Pros:

This is our first stay at the Kimpton Maa Lai and it was truly an amazing experience.

The staff were all friendly, courteous and “ready to serve” us. The breakfast at Stock Room was the best - there’s a wide range of delicious breakfast options ranging from Thai, Indian, Middle Eastern, Welllness/ Healthy options as well as a Chef’s special each day.

Special mention to Chef Tareq who was truly attentive to my needs & served me a pot of lemon tea with honey on the side to soothe my stomach issues. New, Vanessa and Fang were also very courteous throughout our stay during our breakfast. Vanessa served me a mango sticky rice “birthday cake” as I had brought down my cake to eat during breakfast.

The Concierge team were also very helpful to book our shuttle car to Chitlom station everyday. Our room was clean and it was turned down every evening with a little snack by the bedside which is a lovely touch we look forward to every night.

All in all, it was a lovely stay! Kudos to the team!

Good location great hotel
Pros:

We stayed in 2 room plus living room option on 32rd floor with my husband and 4 year old and nanny. The room was modern clean convenient with kitchen and washing/dryer. We had. Nice view both the city skyline and the green park.
The pool is under shade so you can send your kids without being worried about sun. The gym is enough usually not crowded. Has a sauna and you can book an ice bath. It a walking distance to shopping malls but also lumpini park. There are also many good restaurants and bars in walking distance. I absolutely loved the hotel and would recommended it. I’m one thing which would make this hotel amazing for families would a play area.

I love this hotel! And the staff are amazing!
Pros:

This was my absolute favorite hotel stay of anywhere in the world! Eric greeted us once we arrived, gave us important hotel information, and escorted us to our room. He was very lovely and accommodating. It was also nice to see him as a familiar face around the hotel 🙏🏿! The entire staff at the Kimpton were gracious, kind and friendly. I cannot wait to return to this hotel. And did I mention how delicious breakfast was? So many options!

Perfect Hotel
Pros:

We had a fabulous time. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. They’ve really paid attention to everything down to the smallest detail. Our check in host, Eric, was very kind and informative. He made our anniversary so special. This hotel is a must stay!

Wonderful dining experience
Pros:

Mon, Grape, Aum, and Mew gave us such a warm welcome before we even entered the dining area. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable right away. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a wonderful dining experience.
