Perfect Stay in Carmel-by-the-Sea
Pros:

Great location in town. The rooms were all decorated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and generous. And all of the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet luxury that kicked off our honeymoon just right.

Wonderful birthday celebration in Carmel
Pros:

The continental breakfast was fantastic every morning. The hotel also hosted a evening happy hour on Friday and Saturday evenings. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The ice machine across from my room was very loud and made a sound like the fan was on all night. I didn't complain but thought it should be noted. The tipping for a continental breakfast was odd, compared to the breakfast basket they deliver to your room at the Brentwood Los Angeles location,

Very very cute for a romantic staycation, not worth staying more than a day though.
Pros:

Loved the fireplace, the forthcoming service (champagne welcome, cookie service, and quick response to any other needs), cleanliness and loved the small cottage feel.

Cons:

Breakfast was underwhelming: an egg, mostly sweet breakfast and not really healthy options (carb/gluten heavy).
!!Price is a bit ridiculous, it’s an Inn, not a 4 star renowned hotel.

Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic quality. Rooms very well equipped. Easy parking.

Cons:

Soundproofing of windows not great. Would prefer if the tables outside were higher for eating breakfast. These were very minor concerns and wouldn’t stop us staying again. The quality of all the amenities more than makes up for these minor things.

Melhor hotel de Carmel By the Sea
Pros:

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, fica na esquina da rua principal, bem próximo dos comércios locais, restaurantes e padarias.
A infraestrutura é incrível, contando com um amplo estacionamento, quartos extremamente confortáveis com cama boa, lareira, televisão, banheiro espaçoso e ótimo chuveiro.
As amenidades são diversas, desde o básico do banheiro, até água, chá, toalha e bolsa para levar para a praia, garrafa d'água e cookies que deixam no quarto no período da tarde.
Fomos recebidos com uma taça de espumante, e por uma equipe extremamente cordial e prestativa.
No dia que fomos, teve uma tempestade que acabou com a luz da cidade, mas a equipe fez de tudo para termos uma excelente experiência de café da manhã, buscando em outras propriedades formas de preparar e trazer tudo fresquinho para o hotel.
Só tenho elogios para esse hotel!!

Staff was wonderful but the property itself was subpar.
Pros:

Cute grandmas cottage style. The service was wonderful and very accommodating staff. The breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

The rooms were incredibly loud because the windows were old and kept absolutely no noise out. At 6 am the leaf blower and trucks started passing by making an absurd amount of noise. The property definitely needs updating and it’s essentially a glorified motel.
