1 dog per room, up to 30 lbs., is welcome for a $150 one-time nonrefundable fee per stay. Dog must not be left alone in the room. Pet amenities include: Plush dog bed, bowl, a complimentary custom dog toy, and complimentary local Brad’s Barkery organic dog treats.

I loved the dog accommodations. Staff was friendly and the rooms were cute. The location was perfect with lots of dog friendly restaurants within easy walking distance.
I had to request the dog welcome package for one of our rooms. Not enough parking for rooms. Employees use the parking spots when guests can't park because no more spots open. Small thing but the hotel advertised champagne at check in and with the breakfast but neither had champagne or mimosas. Additionally no eggs available at the breakfast.
el hotel es muy bonito y el cuarto arreglado con mucho gusto; el desayuno muy bueno. La ubicacion es magnifica; quiza lo unico algo dificil es que tiene mas cuartos que espacios de estacionamiento, lo cual fue algo dificil, aunque luego lo resolvimos.

Le personnel pas affable, les prix excessifs pour tout. On a payé 1000$ la nuit par chambre, la porte de le salle de bains ne ferme pas correctement. Ils prétendent vous offrir des cookies et comptent le nombre de pièces par personne. On avait un check out à 11h ils ont commencé à faire notre chambre à 10h30 alors qu'on avait signalé ne pas déranger. Ils nous ont facturé 13$/ bouteille d'eau!!! Pas d'armoire pour ranger les habits à ce prix;!!

Staff were very disinterested with no real service at all tbh. The Champagne breakfast wasn’t really “offered” and multiple moments at reception had no service offered at all. Very self serve which really let the whole experience down.
We absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast with champagne mimosas, the parking was great snd the location amazing. Everyone we met working there was very nice!
The price was high during to the Monterey car week but it fell on our anniversary so its not their fault.
Great breakfast! The room was nicely decorated, however for the size of the room, the decor made the room seem smaller
The mattress was too soft, and 1 side had a dip. Also, the only ventilation is the window that is adjacent to the walkway, so it didn't feel safe to keep the window open at night.
The decor
The staff. It says it has parking but is a lie. The arming is only if available. The slots are not as many for the rooms. And they can’t care less if is late at night and you don’t find a place. The breakfast is very limited. It only offers American coffee. For the price you pay is a joke. But maybe that’s the vibe in California for things to be overpriced and overrated.
The staff was incredibly hospitable from the moment we walked into the door and made the check in process incredibly easy.

Indifferent and impersonal front desk staff, it was shocking how bad the hospitality was and how much of a negative vibe much of the staff gave off. The breakfast staff was nice but the front desk literally made us check in at 4pm even though check in is it 3, and when we inquired when it would be ready we got a “I don’t know”. Social media marketing also heavily skewed the expectations here and I felt scammed at how depressing of a place it was.

The fire pits outside wouldn’t go on which was a shame as it was a lovely area to sit but a little too cold
