Lovely atmosphere, and delicious food at the restaurant!
Pros:

We loved the atmosphere of this hotel. It was very clean, and there was a lovely shea butter smell throughout the lobby and hallways. I enjoyed using the workout room, and we ordered room service from the restaurant, which was lovely. Such a gem in a small town on our cross-country road trip.

When I reached for a plate in cupboard, it was dirty with dried food left on it. Made me question sanitation of all things in cupboard and counter.

Overnite for a concert nearby.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the concert we went to a Stiefel theatre.
The whole facility is very nice. Clean. All the staff we encountered were fantastic.
Breakfast was pretty good also.
The downtown area around the hotel is really cool and nice.
Definitely will stay again if in the area.

Broken bathroom, did not compare to our last stay here
Pros:

I love this property and made a point to stay here a second time (following another cross country trip in 2023). This time I had a noxious smell in my bathroom that made it unusable. When I alerted the front desk, they sent said maintenance will be up in a minute--and then an hour and a half went by. I had to call the desk again, and a manager came to the room, and then gave me entry to another room to shower and use a toilet--the odor was so bad, she didn't even offer for maintenance to come try to fix it. I was on the road about an hour and a half later than planned. Needless to say, the property refunded my stay. They followed up as they said they would. This was obviously was super disappointing.

Cons:

Don't upsell me a room with a broken bathroom. Don't tell me you are sending maintenance up and then leave me sitting in a horrible stench for almost two hours.

Exquisitely clean hotel
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and updated hotel. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I also like the professionalism.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is the parking. The parking was slightly off site and across the street.
